i have been doing JPs 90 day program along with edging as a warmdown fir a little over a month, along with kegels and RK every other day or so. I dont really know what time supposed to be doing, not in terms of edging physically but in terms of how i want it to help me. when i edge, i can go for 30 mins minimum if i dont touch the frenulum. if i do, it only takes a few minutes to reach ponr, at which point i stop until the feeling goes away and then i start up again. Im not looking to DO at this moment, i just want to increase my stamina. My issue with this is when having sex you cant always stop for a minute and wait for it to go away. will just stopping and starting eventually increase my stamina, or do i need to practice edging and try to kegel/RK when im close to ponr and just push through it. sorry if that was kinda convoluted

Stop/start is the best starting point for edging and should increase stamina. However depending on goals you can than move on to kegel edging forms.
Just a question here have you tried to relax your pelvic floor? If this is difficult you may want to try and change your kegel routine around.

It is usual to attempt DO with a standard kegel ,clamping both forward and back. RK mmo is a skilled proposition.
You have 2 seperate but related questions ,the first is stamina increase and the second is dry orgasm.
I suspect that reducing tension in your pelvic floor will increase stamina, so an increase in your reverse kegel patrt of your kegel workout. I have several threads in this forum on this.
Would you like a link to mmo group?
Have considered a thread on edging styles for pre e and mmo.

yeah ive read a bunch of yours, MM and spankys stuff on here. ive been doing about 60/40 RK/K for about a month now. hopefully that will help me out. And stop/start edging also helps in stamina increase?
