  • 3 Questions (kegels,lack of sleep,ballooning)

    1)Does it help to do kegels, reverse kegels or both(exercises), before maturbating/sex? I remember someone saying that it might help.
    2)Does lack of sleep the night before cause premature ejaculation?
    3)If you balloon( no ejaculation)... will you ejaculate faster the next day?

    Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
    Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
    I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

    1) Yes it can help (especially reverse kegels) but do not overdo because you can cause lack of EQ.
    2) Yes! Lack of sleep, stress, bad health can cause not only PE but other problems.
    3)I'm not really sure. But the longer u go on without ejaculating the faster u will ejaculate.
    PE is an amazing experience, an incredible obsession, a builder of confidence and a changer of lives!

      Awesome thanx! I did reverse kegels at work and when I got home I lasted 45 minutes without a spasm. I did sleep pretty well and went to the gym the same day.
      I ejaculated in 5 minutes one night and i think it was lack of sleep and ballooning from the night before. Mind you... i was watching a new intense porn scene and i was full stroking with twists at the top/head the whole time, but i do that usually and dont have a major problem most of the time.
      I'll keep seeing how it goes. Im gonna do one night on and one night off now. The routine I just started is here below:

        Hey JamesMonroe,

        any new ideas about ballooning related to less stamina? I have tried ballooning for the first time this week, and now I am cumming very very easily... I feel so bad.

        May this be related to pelvic floor stress? I mean... should take a rest day(s), without any RK, Edging or Ballooning?

          Wow this is a real old post. I still had prem ejac back then.
          When do you do it? How do you do it?
