    Hey guys, it's time to finally figure out our pe from a deep level.

    Now i'm not a science guy or any smarter then you all but i've researched alot of pre e and tried to find the source root of the problem because I figured I can ejaculate with just by my imagination of having sex.

    So anyhow you have two sides to your autonomic nervous system. One called sympathetic the other parasympathetic. The sympathetic one is the one which increases your heart rate, makes you excited, and so on. The parasympathetic is the one which relaxes your body and slows down your body from whatever it's doing.

    It's obvious that our sympathetic nervous system is responsible for the premature ejaculation system. What I tried to figure out was if there was any causes for the sympathetic nervous system make me cum fast and i didn't really find much on that but however i did find that there was something called autonomic imbalance and its when the two sides of the nervous system aren't balanced one is stronger or more reactive then the other. I know this from common sense, it's because I ever since I was kid, i was guilty of masterbation, sex and just trained my mind to ejaculate faster because i was worried that someone would walk in on me. This all happened on a unconscious level of course but now i'm conscious of why and where my pre e originated.

    I'm trying to find what Techniques i could do to block my sympathetic nervous system whenever i encounter anything sex based. I've thought about taking medication or herbs specificly for blocking my sympathetic system but i thought about it and that would be just a temporary fix. Next was through natural healing such as meditation but how would you meditate for a specific problem. Would you have to think of having sex while meditating?

    What options are there for us..I made this thread so we can share our opinions, so please do so

    I own the "Ejaculation Trainer" by Matt Gordon. I'm not promoting it but I do recommend it as a good comprehensive down to earth guide.

    In it he discusses the Parasympathetic and Sympathetic nervous systems and how our bodies and brains respond to each as a product of the amount of Dopamine we are producing. He goes on to explain how to mentally and physically work to keep our Dopamine levels in check and remain in the Parasympathic state.

    Those of us with Pre. Ejac. have trained our responses to quickly move into the sympathetic state and ejaculate as a result. Quite a normal thing to do if you want to continue the species but not so convenient if you want to please your lady. Consequently, we have to retrain our response to stay in the parasympathetic state a lot longer.

    Hence, all the exercises and discussions in this particular forum.

    There are proven methods to learn to last longer and usually a multi-facted approach works best because we are pretty complicated beings and many factors contribute to our responses. Consistant peractice of whatever you use seems to be the key to a permenant fix.

    Meditation is a tool for learning to relax. You can actually meditate while having sex as long as you remain in the present moment and don't go off into orgasmland. Meditation creates stillness so you would be breathing deep and easy, focused, relaxing your muscles (think - no kegel here - voluntary or involuntary), slowing your heart rate, and content. All these conditions are tools to help cure premature ejaculation. So, meditation is a good starting point.

      I'll second meditation. My ability to meditate is still growing and I can't yet meditate while having sex. I am working on it though. I find myself meditating while jelking and enjoying the relaxing rythem and sensations of sliding my fingers up my shaft time after time after time.

        If you do some research on Taoist sex practices and Kundalini Yoga you will find that both are medatitive approaches to sex.

          Yeah I heard about that book, was about to go for it, and probably will just to gain some insight. I believe there is no real one way cure for premature ejaculation. Some people have it cause they don't have much sex and anxiety leads them to ejaculate, which means just by learning some relaxing techniques they can cure it. Some are really sensitive and so they have to do physical practice like start and stop, ballooning, kegel, reverse kegel..and then there's others who experienced trauma through sex and trained themselves to damage there sex life and make it so difficult to control ejaculation..and those people.. (Me) have to do alot of researching and maybe even therapy to release those guilt trips and whatever that caused them to have premature ejaculation.

          So I believe everyone should go on a journey to find there own cause for premature ejaculation..and the journey I'm going to take, is not going to fix everyones pre e, but the Pre e of people who have a similiar cause to there pre e. (So find your root problem guys!)

          The reason I believe my Pre e is extreme and won't be cured through only reverse kegels and so on is because the moment I watch porn, I have pre-cum in my pants. So what I believe I should be doing first is, exactly figuring out my root problem..then trying to find a solution or fix to whatever mind state problem I have. Which is having a over sympathetic nervous system. So ejaculation trainer should help me understand more in depth about the nervous system, although I think he doesn't provide things to overcome the sympathetic issue and goes straight to the same old practical techniques that everyone knows about. So what I'm going to try to do is find a solution to the sympathetic problem once in for all, I hope others join me in this journey so we can get there faster.

          Then the next step after solving that problem would be re training/ conditioning our mind and body, to ejaculate after atleast half an hour or however long you want, and that could be done by masterbating and using the stop and squeeze, reverse kegel..and so on techniques.

          So lets first figure out the root problem, then learn how to re condition the nervous system, and then do the physical practices.

              Get laid with hot girls on a daily basis till you get unsensitized from it.

              After doing this, if you still fail (like me) consider surgery. Is your frenulum tight?

                        Dude, look at the scientific research. Frenulum breve is directly linked to PE. Are you blind?

                        You can do whatever the fuck you want. From all the kegel, reverse-kegel and edging you want for months (what I did, again, if you are asking), breathing exercises, meditation, and even reading a shit ton of books about it, this will not change the fact your imperfect frenulum remains imperfect, getting too tense when you start getting erect, over-exciting you, and risking tearing it up during sex.

                        To tell kids here to just continue exercising and not getting a surgery that they need is idiocy and nothing but wishful thinking.

                        Once you get your frenulum operative, then yes, you can start improving your sexual health with exercises. Until then, your frenlum remains too tight, and you don't get a real picture of what you are doing wrong. You are just getting frustrated and lossing your time (and potentially your health if you tear it up during sex).

                          Are you still here? Why are you bothering us? I am not stoping you from geting surgury. I don't believe for 1 sec you have given the techniques here a fair go.                               On my experience, after 7 months and no progress, it's clear that my short frenulum is having an impact bigger than any training could fix on there. I've been following posts of people who have 0 progress aswell, and if you ask them, all of them said they have problems with their frenulums being tight. Connect the dots.
                              If you want to keep ignoring the obvious evidence between frenulum breve and premature ejaculation, go on if that makes you sleep better at night.

                              I don't know if you are circumsized, if you are not, and how is your frenulum. Certainly, if your frenulum is tight, as it gets bigger with erection, the tightness gets worse, thus the excitement on the nerves of the frenulum get multiplied, so you are getting incrementally aroused without no need of anyone touching you on there. I know this by experience.

                              If your frenulum is 100% perfect, then you should get a full bloodwork and work on any deficiencies you may have.
