    Hello gentlemen,

    Here is my Premature Ejaculation situation -
    I have been a "minute man" for all of my life.
    My penis is overly sensitive.
    I get a flood of precum when aroused.
    Usually have a surge and frequent urination.
    I do not get so strong erection.

    Just 3 weeks back I started working out my PC&BC muscles along with some good psychological reprogramming of my own sexuality in ambition to completely cure my PE and gain 100% control over my ejaculation. My routing is to perform 300 quick flexes everyday. I setup this goal to gain complete control in next 6 months.

    Here is my progress after 3 weeks -
    Saw some improvement in erection. I started getting some rock hard morning erections.
    Gave me a sense of slightly higher strength in my crotch.
    Saw slight decrease in precum when aroused.
    I ejaculate with better force.

    Now I am looking for some clear and detailed guidance, in first 2 weeks my progress was faster, after three weeks my progress seems slowed down and not seeing any clear indication on my control over ejaculation. I am still very sensitive, which I don't know how to lower/control and I cannot hold back my explosion.

    I am learning to take sex in more relaxed and calm mental state staying in the moment to get rid of anxiety. What exactly I need to do in next 5 months in my workout which will give me the power to hold back and not to trigger ejaculation, though my penis being sensitive (or keeping it sensitive) to the sensation/stimulation?

    You seem to be interrested in trying to find a routine program for a long term solution to your sensitivity and the resultant premature ejaculation. I believe that your attitude is in the proper mindset; in that the problem requires some long term practice and retraining of your mind and body's responses to stimulation and arousal.

    If you stay with the idea that P.E. is curable when you apply consistant regular practice to retrain your response then you will succeed. The time it takes will depend upon your response but it is usually apparent that you are getting results after a few weeks and substantial results after a few months.

    I also recommend writing down your goals and keeping track of your progress with a log. When you write it down it stays put and doesn't keep moving around on you. As you progress you can modify your goals if necessary due to your learning process opening up new avenues for you.

          Thank you guys for your response!

          I had some rough idea on what I needed to do to cure my Premature Ejaculation, after reading BaggyD and Drummer19's post I was able plan exact steps I need to do.
          With some customization on their technics I have built my exercise routing. My issue is more of psychological, from the beginning of my time I always have been impatient on excitement and pleasure. Right from being impatient on opening a gift box/mail to having sex/orgasm, all of them showing indications of psychological rush. I can relate that to my teenage, when I discovered my sexuality and I jerked off for very first several times my brain got programmed to finish my hand job as quickly as possible in fear of someone catching me or seeing me in the act. Till today deep under subconsciously my brain is wired same way to rush, climbing the arousal ladder too fast by surrendering to the pleasure feedback loop, craving more & more pleasure from every stroke.

          I got a clear idea on what I need to do, and I am confident that I will cure this PE within few months. I will do whatever it takes to get there. I made three graph charts on how I should train my subconscious mind to control arousal on different levels. Have a look at it, this silly funny graph makes my thoughts clear.

          Just in 4 days of work I proved the idea, NEVER concentrate on the sensation on penis, neither live outside of the moment thinking about dead horses or grandma, just staying calm relaxed breathing living in the moment in a flashback of sex with a hot blonde, concentrating on her sexy body parts, her views, her noises.
          Just constantly telling myself to suppress my impatient growth of arousal -
          "This is my moment to enjoy, I will let it go on forever"
          "no rush"
          "I've got all the time in the world before this ends"
          "What are you impatient about? what are you trying to get? there is nothing on the other end of this, there is NO orgasm for you, this is to just keep on going, on and on forever"
          "This isn't a competition, this isn't a race to win, just keep on f****, don't rush"
          "See her breasts, see her body, just enjoy the view and keep on playing with her"
          "This is my prize, always wanted to f*** this p****, make her enjoy, make her moan scream, make her go wild. That's all what it is about, just keep it going."

          On first night I was able to do slow masturbation for 45 mins without cumming.
          On second night I was able to do medium pace masturbation for 30 mins.
          On third night I was able to do high pace masturbation for 10 mins, never happened before.
          On fourth night I was able to do high pace masturbation for 30 mins, never never happened before. yay!

          Still experimenting and doing small improvements in my workout to reprogram & train my brain, just need a slight help from PC&BC muscle workout to go hand in hand.

            Clearly realized from the self training experience of last more than a week - reverse kegel is a must, that's the missing piece of the puzzle.

              Do you use lube? Do you masturbate to porn?
              Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.

                Here is what I am doing -
                Self training by masturbation in a dark quiet time, self hypnoses, helps to clearly identify my arousal level and lets me instruct to myself effectively.
                I also got into the habit of controlling my psychology of pursuing sex every time I get a thought of sex and slight arousal, even during daytime working. Just pushing my rush down, constantly telling to slowdown, and keep going slowly and endlessly.
                Self stimulation without porn. Taking no help of porn is working and helping me on my libido.
                I am not using any special purpose lube, just my hand little wet with water and my stool. Just to keep the skin to skin touch feeling of full grip.

                Here is what I gained so far in more than a week -
                Got better control, lasting longer usually 30+ mins with medium/slower pace masturbation.
                Lasting 10+ min with higher pace masturbation, keeping the sensation to higher level where its more "fun/pleasure".
                Since I haven't ended within 1 min continuously for last many many attempts, I got great boost in confidence and libido. I feel very aggressive, more sexual power.
                I never felt like a man, that feeling of having something strong powerful between my legs, always had that weak penis feeling. But now after kegel for more than month and less PreEja for more than a week I feel a lot better, gives a feeling that I have a dick and balls, sense of strength in my crotch and strength in penis.

                On premature ejaculation I noticed that contracting my PC&BC actually triggers my orgasm. If I keep my muscle loose and keep it pushed out downward it helps me greatly to last longer. By default my mind is wired to always squeeze and contract my PS&BC. That's what I want to train for this be very natural all the time.

                I am still confused with r/kegel workout and not kegeling while sex/mastrubation, are they both the same thing or two different things? Looking for clear difference and guidance of how to master r/kegel.

                  You should use lube every time. Try a silicone based lube or waterbased lube. Everything else sounds good. Reverse kegels take time to master. Just try to push out as long as you can and as hard as you can but be careful. Go easy at first. Then you do 10 second holds and then 5 second holds and then short hard bursts. Try them standing up, laying down and sitting on a chair(most difficult). Do edging and ballooning. Look for my posts on that and also read my journal/log.

                    i am too. I can do reverse kegels, but what role to they play and under that circumstances should we reverse kegel rather than regular kegel?

                      Ok , reverse kegels can be used several ways .
                      Many guys their pelvic floor acts in an uncontrolled way leading to issue such as pre e . Now in some cases ,they can be told relax the pelvic floor during sex and their stamina improves overnight. However for most it isn't that easy and remedial exercise is the solution , the core of this is usually reverse kegels. For the long version see my thread Implications.

                      During sex reverse kegels can be used a number of ways ,the most common is to move back from ponr. For this to be effective you can't be right up on ponr. For the long version see pe zen's thread the solution to pre e.

                        Thanks. I will read your other links later. I think I may have used a reverse kegel earlier this morning during sex and I did successfully pull back from ponr.

                        So I also know that I have successfully used regular kegels during edging to do the same thing.

                        So would it be accurate to assume that either form of kegels can reduce arousal depending on either the guy or the situation?

                          I use a light reverse kegel hold(mostly subconsciously now that I'm used to it)the whole time during sex to keep the pelvis floor relaxed and in control. For some people, like me, regular kegels during sex can actually induce ejacation. I use a long, hard REVERSE kegel AT the PONR in order to stop ejaculation, have a dry orgasm and then continue to have sex. I usually have 3-5 more PONRS and then ejaculate after that at some point because it feels to good/sensitive to continue thrusting without ejaculation. For me usually around the 30 min mark. Having sex a 2nd and 3rd time really gets rid of sensitivity and pelvic spasms for me.
                          I also noticed that hard reg or rev kegels shouldnt be done while thrusting/penetration, atleast for me. It will def cause me to get closer to PONR. I usually pull out to perform them, wait a few seconds, then I keep going with a light reverse relax hold while continuing to thrust.

                            So also if I am reading you correctly at your ponr you will immediately pull out and then do a hard reverse kegel? I am relatively new to kegeling and I can do and hold much stronger reverse kegels than regular kegels. If this works for me then I may not have to rely as much on strong regular kegels than I thought I had to. thanks...

                              Yes. Exactly right! Go for it!!! It's important to hold a light reverse kegels the entire time during sex to relax te pelvic floor. Nothing strong, just enough to stay relaxed and in control. Never do a hard regular or reverse kegel while continuing to penetrate.. Atleast in my opinion/experience. Others might say otherwise. That just makes me ejaculate right away.
