Here is my Premature Ejaculation situation -
I have been a "minute man" for all of my life.
My penis is overly sensitive.
I get a flood of precum when aroused.
Usually have a surge and frequent urination.
I do not get so strong erection.
Just 3 weeks back I started working out my PC&BC muscles along with some good psychological reprogramming of my own sexuality in ambition to completely cure my PE and gain 100% control over my ejaculation. My routing is to perform 300 quick flexes everyday. I setup this goal to gain complete control in next 6 months.
Here is my progress after 3 weeks -
Saw some improvement in erection. I started getting some rock hard morning erections.
Gave me a sense of slightly higher strength in my crotch.
Saw slight decrease in precum when aroused.
I ejaculate with better force.
Now I am looking for some clear and detailed guidance, in first 2 weeks my progress was faster, after three weeks my progress seems slowed down and not seeing any clear indication on my control over ejaculation. I am still very sensitive, which I don't know how to lower/control and I cannot hold back my explosion.
I am learning to take sex in more relaxed and calm mental state staying in the moment to get rid of anxiety. What exactly I need to do in next 5 months in my workout which will give me the power to hold back and not to trigger ejaculation, though my penis being sensitive (or keeping it sensitive) to the sensation/stimulation?
