  • Kegal and reverse kegal

I had a bit of time to myself last night so I decided to see how long I could last. A total of 40 minutes with obviously times of stopping.
I would use rk to stop the start of ik but if it was too much I would do a normal legal which would help. Each time I did this I would leak clear liquid, pre cum? I did this a few times before the last time which I couldn't stop. I held the kegal but leaked a little cum. The thing is once this happened it seemed I could carry on for ages or even go at it like a jack hammer, all feeling of the urge to cum or near the ponr had gone, but I remained hard and in the zone rather than the feeling of completion. I did not fully cum or have the feeling that goes with it because I was kegaling hard.
Should I just do rk as what seems to be what people with pe do or should I incorporate normal kegals into the routine too?

I'm not trying to have mmo's, but I can see what you mean.
I wanted to get as close to the ponr then back off and then repeat to see if I could make the time to get to ponr longer and hopefully start to last longer. All this self exploration is new to me so I'm experimenting to learn things about why and how things happen and how to delay things. Although mmo does sound good I need to work on pe first .

What you did is partial ejaculation and regarded as a partial success by someone training for mmo .
If you wish to extend time till ponr this thread may be of interest .https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...aculation.html
If you wish to develop to mmo then the edging to mmo thread and a kegel /rk routine are advised .

I've had a look at that link and now understand its the plateau stage I need work on or atleast finding out how to enter it and learn to stay in it longer.
