  • Advice for starting a PE routine

Hey everyone, I wanted to start off by saying thank you for the vast amount of information that’s on here readily available to access, and all the knowledge that everyone contributes.

Little about myself I’m 30 years old, and lately I’ve noticed that my PE has gotten extremely out of control, to the point it’s affecting my personal life and relationship. I am naturally prescribed 20mg of Fluoxetine for my anxiety and depression, but I’ve noticed that even has zero help towards controlling my PE. There’s so much information on here that I genuinely do not know where to start, how to create a program for myself, and how to know if something is working for me or not.
This has never been an issue for me before, as I’ve gotten older, my anxiety has gotten worse, and I believe it it the sole reason why I cannot control my PE. Any advice would be greatly appreciated, I thank you for all your support.

To stick with a routine your can actually accomplish.
My mistake was that my goals were too big and I couldn't stick with it. My original goal was to edge 20 minutes every day without cumming; it was too much to handle, stimulation and time wise. I changed my goal to 5 minutes, and i go extra if I have time and stamina.

No problems here in this forum are solved overnight. Not only edging, but control of your pelvic floor. Most have a tensed up pelvic floor which allows pre-e to fester. Learn to control your pelvic floor throus edging. Edging is not masturbation, but masturbation with a purpose - to learn what your body is doing and experiment on how to control it. Push the point of no return (ponr) and then starve it at the end by whatever means. Soon you will learn what triggers and have ways to keep it at bay. You need to fail often during the process before you learn what to do. So, don't fret. Success is just around the corner.
