Hello Everyone,
I have been reading this forum on/off for like 5 years due to chronic very bad PE and have tried like everything with very little success/progress at all.
In the fall I was started having numbness in my right toe, when I sit or lay down. After getting it checked out at a local hospital they diagnosed my problem being L4/L5 Lumbar Radiculopathy, which is basically a pinched nerve in my spine.
I've always noticed when I'm sitting or laying down what I always thought was pelvic floor tension when I sit down or lay on my back. Whenever I have this tension I usually have the PE problems, when I don't have the tension I am able to last longer (when I stand Im usually ok).
Now since my spine pinched nerve diagnosis I have noticed this pelvic floor tension that I mentioned above and toe numbness happen at the exact same time. If I sit in certain positions, or tilt my spine while laying on my back down I am able to essentially turn the pelvic tension/toe numbness on/off.
Now my problem is I want this pelvic tension/toe numbness to be gone permanently, and not occur in certain positions (when I sit/laydown, and essentially when I have more pressure on my spine).
I have a chiropractor appt set for next week which hopefully can resolve/help out with my pinched spine nerve, ideally then will help with my pelvic tension/toe numbness and finally my PE problem.
Now my question to this forum, is has anyone else had problems similar to this, and is my theory that my pinched spine nerve related to pelvic tension and pe possible or am I crazy?
