It takes practice but you can do it. Imagine forcing feces out but concentrating on the penis instead. If you are having pressure or pain in the skull, then you're doing it all wrong and it is bad for your blood pressure as well. Use of the abdominal muscles is paramount in my case. When you urinate, sometimes you'll push the liquid out faster, especially if you're in a hurry. That is similar to a reverse kegel but without the hemorrhoids or the aneurisms.
