This is mainly for people that think they have Pre-E symptoms from arousal problems.
Arousal and Erection seems to work together, they are not the same thing.
Everyone is familiar with the erection scale right?
0- not erection
2- semi erect
5- soft but erect
7- hard but not throbbing
9- about to finish
9.9- PONR
Now here's a concept that I came up with called the arousal scale.
I may have mentioned this to some people before.
In my arousal techniques thread I say to figure out how your body reacts to arousal. The more aroused you get you start to physically and mentally change.
This scale explains how "I" get as I get more aroused. Note that it may be different for everyone so figure out how you react!
0- not aroused
2- little spark of arousal
4- loss of attention. thinking dirty.
6- loss of attention. thinking dirty. Heart starts beating fast.
8- loss of attention. thinking dirty. Heart starts beating fast. Sweating.
10- loss of attention. thinking dirty. Heart starts beating fast. Sweating. No focus whatsoever.
Here is the interesting part people. These two act TOGETHER to control your stamina.
Here is a great analogy to explain this phenomenon:
Your erection process is like a car. You car gains SPEED (the erection) and your car gains speed by the ACCELERATION PEDAL (arousal). As you can imagine the faster you go you will eventually wreck (ejaculate).
Your arousal determines the "speed of your car." If your arousal control is very bad it is like stomping on the pedal every time you start to drive!
Like going from 0-50 in 5 seconds, bad arousal control can make you go from a 0 erection to a 9 erection, with little to no warning at all.
Only after you understand that you are pressing the acceleration pedal too hard can you begin to figure out why it is happening and figure out how to not press so hard anymore.
With good arousal control you can control the rate your erection grows!
Has anyone ever noticed that sometimes you will get pockets of time where when you are having sex you can kegal ALL you want and it dosn't make you finish quicker? Yeah, that is because your arousal is really low and can barely maintain your erection.
I found out some awesome things from not masturbating to porn but just sitting down and watching it.
My erection would go up by itself as soon as I started showing signs of arousal (heart beat fast, trouble focusing) and stay at a 7-8 for a min or two, and then go down all by itself, only after my arousal went down. That got me thinking, what if I counteracted my arousal symptoms as they happened? Sure enough, I can keep my erection down just by watch guarding my body and mind. After going through this process for over a month, I "watch guard" myself automatically and can keep my erection down. However if I put my guard down and get really aroused without noticing, my erection goes up.
Just think of this arousal scale seriously and use it to combat Pre-E.
