This is my first post, I am extremely sorry about its length!
I am so happy to find this site! I have started having sex again for the first time in roughly 6 months (new partner) and I have been completely confused with my sudden problems with PE.
I have never had these problems before and actually had a problem with getting an erection my first few times.. I've been searching the web for a few days now but have only just found PEGym and have realized that it may have to do with my kegel workout. I started kegels around the end of my last relationship to help with getting hard, and since then have been working at them diligently, but now I suspect that I have imbalanced myself so much that I have gone to the other side of the problem with PE.
I have tried edging over the last week and just discovered today that to get any satisfaction from masturbation I need to tense my PC muscles, and as soon as I release them I fall back from my PONR. I have been unconciously contracting them during sex driving me over the edge (as you have written about in exemplar threads). This all seems great but relaxing myself makes me become soft quickly, so while masturbating today I had to keep switching between contracting and relaxing to keep an erection but not cum, is this normal or am I doing something wrong?
Also since the appropriate action to take now would be to begin reverse kegels, (I thought there were only forward kegels!), I am trying to begin, but just trying to force myself to use my peeing or excreting muscles does not seem to do anything..
And ONE more question, when doing my regular kegels I can't differentiate between my anus and penile muscles so I activate them at the same time, is this really a problem?
Even if you can help with just one of these questions I would be GREATLY thankful!
