    A question for the person with experience.
    I made this routine my self and let know what you think, Just remember im staring.
    30 quick R/K, 20 5 second R/K, 20 5 second K, 3 30 second R/K, 3 30 second K. This seem right? I need to add more time or more kegel? Im doing to help with Premature Ejaculation. Thanks

      The trick when you start is to stay within your ability to recover, this varies greatly from person to person. This seems ok if you can recover from it, many beginers would have to start far lighter and then work up to this.

          Ok thanks guys, I'll then stick with both put priorize rk's. I don't know, could I be overtraining? I'm doing around 200kegels, and 3 1 and 1/2 min long kegel. And around 100rk's. I'll definitely down the kegels number

          Also I'll check with time that link pegasus. Again, I'm sorry if I'm making dumb questions all over and over, is just that this is a really bad thing. You can't believe how I felt the other day when I could control it, it was like living again, and now it's back like always.. I just hope I can overcome this. Also thanks for being patient with me.
