K I noticed I just ask a bunch of redundant questions here, but I'm starting to get pretty frustrated with my problem, so I kind of need to say/ask this. K, so I've noticed that there's many people on here who have had the same pattern of things happen to them and ended up with PE. I know personally, the first time I ever masturbated, it took forever(though I also wasn't doing it the "normal" way, some awkward way using both hands :/). I kept trying to go faster and faster, then when I finally did switch to the other way, it took even longer, and I was trying so hard to just get it over with everytime, until after a while, I could go within seconds. Yearssss later, I dated a girl for a year and three months, and the problem wasn't that bad at first, but then performance anxiety definitely added enough to the problem. The thing is, there were times that I forgot I had PE and had sex for 20-40 minutes. But those instances were so rare that we came not to expect them. What I'm trying to say is that if the Stop-Start method/edging produce results an average of 3-4 months(according to other sites), would it not make sense that the real cure to PE is conditioning your sensitivity by training your mind/body through masturbation/sex? Like I'm sure reverse kegels help, but I don't know anyone who's said they have to do them during sex, yet all my friends apparently last a while in bed. And also I asked this before with no answers, but what's everyone's take on the theory that PE is biological and passed from father to child? Maybe I just really don't want it to be, but it kind of just sounds like utter bullshit that researchers pulled out of their ass

Oh and the reason I'm stressing is cause I have enough girls' numbers on my phone who I know are interested, but I don't wanna call any of them because of this crap :/

Edit: And by training your mind/body, I don't mean like consciously learning when you're going to go and get to your PONR, but your body or mind kind of teaching/conditioning itself subconciously to last longer

Definitely, edging is a great way to increase stamina Try and edge for a minimum of 20 mins and really try and focus on how it feels when leading up to the PONR, learn these telltale signs, and with practice and kegels you will better understand how to control them. Reach the PONR several times, and balloon when you do until the feeling subsides, then start up again.

Once you reach a certain level you start controlling your breathing, kegeling etc. automatically, it just like when you start a new sport, in the beginning you concentrate on technique and form but as you gain experience it starts to come to you naturally

I'd also recommend doing a kegel and reverse kegel routine, it helps with erection quality and it allows you to better control and manipulate these muscles. Here is a quick, easy routine: https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...l-routine.html

Do it once with kegels and once with reverse kegels every other day (you need to take days off)

Also, as you have realised by yourself, the mental aspect plays a role, if you worry about ejaculating prematurely you probably will end up doing so. Confidence in your abilities is key, it helps to perform oral before sex, that way you won't worry too much about your partner's satisfaction

Read the entire sticky and all of the links in it, it is a treasure trove of information and will really help you understand and overcome premature ejaculation
