I have had this issue for 3 months, I think it would have been fixed by now if it was a muscle strain.
But what I think is that I have anxiety issues and it has affected my penis psychically.
I tried doing reverse kegels but no matter what I would do, I couldn't hold in the reverse kegel, it just made my penis twitch upwards every single time.
I don't even think anybody has had this before.

Yes people have had similar before . You need a reverse kegel heavy routine and it may take some time, doing it a couple of times is not the answer .
My experience with ed is that the guys will not focus, at which point I lose interest as I do not deal with head issues.
