Fleshlight question

well i got a fleshlight stu and what i didnt know about it is that you have to only use water based lube which sucks for me because i think i am allergic to something in water based lubes. I tried using some awhile back and i got these little itchy red bumps on my penis and hand, they slowly went away when i wash it off me. I tried to use the free lube they gave me hoping it was just something in the brand i use before but the same thing happened. I was doing some research about things i can use with it and some said that they got away with using canola oil and vegetable oil i was wondering if that is true that it wont mess up my fleshlight? If not then im thinking about just using it untill it messes up cus i dont want my fleshlight to to go to waste, for i already used it with the water lube and there's nothing wrong with it so i dont think i can return it.

just to update ive tried the canola oil for a few days and it did start to mess up my fleshlight, so i stop using it but i found a another alt then using water based lube which was adding some 4 teaspoons of corn starch to a cup of water then boiling it. This was a really good alt and i got a box of corn starch from the super marker for just a $1.00 and it should last me a long while if i just use it for making the lube. it still breaks out my hands if it gets on them. Besides the cornstarch lube works great and it cheap, u also need corn starch to powder your fleshlight anyway so its 2 birds 1 stone.

If it's not damaging the Fleshlight and your not allergic to it, great! However, make sure you have some anti-bacterial cleaner and use it diligently. Cornstarch is a thickening agent for foods. I bet bacterial love it. (Yes, Fleshlight recommends using cornstarch to prevent the skin from getting "gummy," but I think using cornstarch as lube will be a lot more cornstarch.)
