If you want to start PEing there's no reason why you couldn't do your edging/ballooning routine as well, the two are compatible. If fact you'll even be told by some to include edging or ballooning as part of your enlargement routine.
If you're going to start manual PE then I suggest you start with the JP90 which is a beginners routine and do that for the first 3 months.
Also before you start check out the safety threads, you don't want to damage yourself before your big day.

I would leave a couple of hours between doing your PE routine and edging/ballooning you don't want to overwork it.
People do all kind of different routines with positive results, 5 on 2 off, 2 on 1 off so you could try 3 on 3 off and do your edging on your off days like you suggested and see how that works for you, you can always augment it at a later date.
Stretching and jelqing are primarily lengthening exercises but adding length wont decrease your girth. If you're looking to add length and girth It's recommended to work on length first and then girth once you're nearing your length goals.
