  • My first and only progress so far

After being on this forum for about a month, I wanted to recap everything that I learned and think about my progress.

Doing exercises on a daily basis, I think my pelvic floor is starting to be more balanced (even though if I still can't seem to be able to rk during sex).

So, after 1 months, where do I stand with premature ejaculation? I still cum in less than 2 minutes. Should I be sad and unmotivated, feeling hopeless? Maybe. Probably...

But I am actually more motivated than ever. Maybe It seems like I did not do any progress at all, but I don't think I didn't. I used to cum quick and just be pissed off at the fact that I came too quick.

Now, I am analyzing my body and reaction when having sex so I realize what is causing PE. And to me, this is a major progress. I noticed that I can't seem to be able to reverse kegel while having sex even though I can do i well while edging with my hand. Which is why I bought a sex toy, which should increase the difficulty of my edging/rk sessions.

Also, I just realized that I am addicted to porn, which cause me to be aroused by visual stimulations. Meaning, when I am about to have sex with a girl and it's dark, I am not having a good erection because of the lack of visual stimulation, so I compensate this weak erection with kegels, which is probably causing PE.

I hope I am on the right track. I tried to edge today without any visual stimulation and I got soft after 5 mins... Def. won't be easy.

Any advices/insight or even motivation would be appreciated. Thanks guys

Just continue with your observations, so far you are on spot, meaning that you will be able to help yourself greatly. Definately quit all porn. The best way to improve honestly is just the way you are doing, by figuring out stuff for yourself. It caries a deeper and more profound meaning when you discover it by yourself.

Just post your observations here from time to time, and if we see that you are maybe going the wrong way (which is rare to be honest) we will point it out.

Kegels, if they are practiced properly, do not cause ED. They are one of the mainstays of p.e.
In fact, they can help combat ED.

Vooyes, the fact that you've started to observe it is a success in itself.
You see, there are 4 steps to learning something:
        1. You're not aware you don't know something/have a problem <-- That's where you were
        2. You're aware you don't know something/have a problem
        3. You can perform the function/skill you wanted to but you have to focus on it
        4. You can perform the function/skill without even thinking about it

Right now you're going from phase 2 to 3, so you're definitely making progress! Stay motivated, keep observing and keep going man, you're on the right track .
