    MINUTEMAN'S 3DAY ROUTINE


    Responsibility: By reading this guide, you and you alone bear the responsibility for attempting exercises, techniques and methods that are described or mentioned in this guide, so you attempt all this at your own risk, you have been warned. (It might be too much I know, but it is better to be safe than sorry).

    Note: 3day routine is something I developed from the idea of some member of this forum (premature ejaculation forum), unfortunately I forgot where in this forum I have read it but the idea of ejaculating every third day is not originally mine, I just expanded and made a more detailed post about it, after seeing just how effective it is in understanding one's arousal and even improving EQ. Not to mention a great but bearable exercise in self-control/self-discipline, one of the things we, premature ejaculationists, tend to lack.


    Since people tend to ask me for suggestion of what should be the first thing to try out when starting all those techniques and kegels and what not (as it can be rather confusing) I have been almost automatically responding by giving them a description of the 3day routine. For me it is one of the better foundations you can build and later on (by doing it again) benchmark your progress and reflect upon it. From there people will proceed with a better understanding of what should they do next. So if you are new here and don't know what to try first give this a shot. And if you are advanced and well versed in arousal or/and MMO-stuff there is something here for you too.


    1) THE IDEA

    The idea behind 3day routine is very simple, edge for two days without ejaculating and then masturbate and ejaculate on the third day. For clarification edging is masturbation with a goal in mind that is other than just for the sake of ejaculation, but it can include it. Those goals can include lasting longer, getting used to the stimulation etc. Also by disassociating pleasure from ejaculation (meaning that you don't need to be close to ejaculation, or ejaculate to feel pleasure), and orgasm in some point from ejaculation (meaning that they are two different processes) your body and you will better understand this very important distinction.


    2) WHO SHOULD TRY THE 3DAY ROUTINE?

    For people who had premature ejaculation problems since there where young the idea of controlling their arousal is, to say at least, foreign, for me when I first came to the idea of controlling arousal it seemed impossible to control one's arousal and lasting time, from not knowing were to start to actually not grasping the concept. 3day routine is here to help beginners understand more about their arousal, make them able to accept it better and in the end making arousal control even easier. Also those that want to understand deeper how arousal affects them, and for those who wish to become MMO.

    While it might seem pointless for people well versed in arousal and arousal control (MMO people, or those on the path to it), with the added suggestions (in a form of a advanced route) that I will write for each day of the 3day routine this can very well turn into something as close to a 3day orgasm as it can be without blowing a few fuses.

    In that light I urge people who attempt this for the first time (or first several times) against attempting the advanced route in any of its parts, not just because it is too intensive as much as it might spoil the goal of your 3day routine, if you are attempting this for the first time(s) keep in mind that your goal is to observe how arousal affects you and learn as much as you can from it while also in a way conditioning yourself for higher arousal.



    3) AROUSAL CONTROL vs (or is it?) AROUSAL CONDITIONING

    There are several ways you can approach the arousal problem but the most notable ones are one to control it and the other is to get used to it.

    The arousal control itself is described in great detail here, on the other hand the arousal conditioning (accepting and getting the body used to the high arousal) is more of my alley, the best results you will have with the combination of this two ways of thinking about arousal problem. The point of arousal conditioning is that by making your body more used to the high arousal you are able to control it in a way that you are less and less affected by high arousal and arousal spikes in a bad way, and learning how to use that arousal for your own enjoyment, in a way this might be viewed as a more passive way of approaching the arousal problem. While arousal control is a more active way.

    The point is that both of controlling and conditioning arousal will bring you to the same point, because while you are learning how to control your arousal you will become more and more conditioned to it, and while conditioning yourself you will become better at controlling your arousal. It is just that angle of approach is different.

    In that light, 3day routine is basically an arousal conditioning technique.

    4) 3DAY FAQ - Beginner and Advanced route?

    As you may notice for each of the day of the 3day routine I will describe two routes, one is the beginner route and the other advanced.

    You should not see them as much as distinct things, but more as the opposite end of an spectrum.

    Beginner route is meant for those that are having problems with premature ejaculation and need something to point them in the right direction. One of, as far as I am concerned, best way to see the nature of your premature ejaculation problems is to do 3day routine. Also anybody attempting 3day routine for the first time (or several first times) should stick to beginner route.

    Advanced route is meant for those that are either a MMO or on a path to become one, also it is for those people that are experienced well enough with the edging that they need to up the experience to learn something more or just to enjoy. But even if you are experienced if this is your first time attempting 3day route, try the beginner one, you might be surprised as how much you can learn, and sometimes the less is more.


    5) 3DAY FAQ - How much of the 3day?

    For the beginners you can (if you follow the beginner route) attempt it almost back to back for three times. For MMO and such (if you follow the advanced route) once to twice a month or even less should fine because it is a very arousal intensive and it is not something you should do frequently. So the more qualitative your 3day is the less you should do it.

    In time you will be able to find a sweet spot between that will suit you the best both in quality (how advanced will be your days) and quantity (how many times during the month will you do it). For example one might have an intensive first day, while having minimum arousal during the second day and finish it of with a high arousal intensive third day, and doing it at most twice per month. It is really up to you. But for the first time sticking to beginner section in terms of quality is a good idea, because your goal here (if you suffer from premE) is to observe and understand your arousal.


    6) 3DAY FAQ - Recommended days for doing the routine?

    - Honestly, if you are a working man or a student then Friday, Saturday, Sunday is your best bet, since during those days you have much less stress than during the week, and it will also be a good way to really relax during the weekend since you will ejaculate sometime during Sunday and you will have the rest of the day to enjoy the feeling and do something else (hobby etc).

    7) 3DAY FAQ - Arousal in 3day context

    When I say "maintain arousal etc." it mostly means that you should maintain that feeling of being horny, but for the advanced route in also means that you should maintain an dose of pleasure ( tiny orgasms amongst other things) during the day that you feel.


    8) 3DAY FAQ - Have you done the advanced route?

    I did, I did not want to post without doing it, however it was a little bit to intensive for me. Since my sweet spot is a bellow the what I put here to be a upper part of the spectrum

    As for my sweet spot, I have reached a certain state with wave orgasms in the morning that I really don't need to do anything during day one since I could feel tiny orgasms from time to time (I know it might sound like it isn't true) so my arousal was constant during day one, on the second day I mostly had one session that brought me to the similar level as the first day (sometimes i would DO but mostly not), and on the third day I had a good long enjoyable session with very short soft wave orgasm and a good full body ejaculation orgasm. I like subtle arousal levels more than high, so the arousal route is not for me, and it probably wont be for many people, the mix between the two extreme ends tends to be ideal.

    9) 3DAY FAQ - Solo or Duo?

    Both actually, but since I am not versed in the duo (sex) department I will write mostly for solo (edging). However for people with premature ejaculation (and since this guide is mostly for them/us ) they should at first attempt it solo so that they are able to gauge things.

    10) 3DAY FAQ - Where should I do it?

    - In private place that you feel secure and safe, with no disturbs from the outside for a while, turn of your phone, do not play any music nor watch any type of porn. Your mind must be there and not wonder of. You are here to enjoy but also to observe. It seems painfully logical but some people don't actually see just how important this is until the actually try it.

    11) 3DAY FAQ - When should I do it? How should I do it? How should I feel?

    In the next posts I will create the guide around those questions. In the "when should i do it?" part I suggest a time of day you should edge for most benefit, in "how should i do it?" part I do as detailed description as needed for that day, and the "how should I feel?" part is there mostly for you to be able to sort of confirm if you did the things right.

    12) 3DAY FAQ - Benchmarking arousal response

    Other thing you should do during these days after a few hours of your edging (or at a convenient random point during the day) is that you can try and get an erection without touching yourself (or watching porn etc, kegels allowed to some point). The way I do it is that I lie down, relax and start thinking about stuff that arouses me (on a better day I can usually just will it with the intent alone) until my penis gets erect. This can serve as a sort of benchmark you will do in the next 3 days to see your arousal response. Of course after you made your penis erect it is recommended not to edge, just enjoy the hard on until it goes away. On the next days you should notice at least a slight increase in your erected time, or at least quality. For me it really ups my confidence when I can get a nice hard erection just by thinking about stuff that arouses me or by just willing it (on my better days).

    [DAY ONE]

    1) WORD OF THE DAY: GRADUALNESS

    Note: when I say beginner I mean people who are attempting this for the first time (or in some cases even third or fourth time). As for advanced it is mostly directed to people well versed in arousal control and more importantly for the MMOs. It is basically the two extremes in a way, in time you will find your sweet spot as a combination of the two routes.


    2) THE GOAL OF THE DAY

    Beginner: The goal of the day one is mostly to reach the first PONR and stop. So the point is to create a sufficient arousal build up so that more or less the whole day you will feel it in some form or other, in other words you will try and make your edging session as long and as qualitative as possible.

    Advanced: The goal is spread your arousal as best as you can so that almost every time during the you will feel the pleasure, attempting this with a partner will be even a better idea.

    3) When during the day should I do it?

    Beginner: The middle of the day might be the best solution, but if you are like me and like the morning edging also you can do it then. The important part is to just reach the first PONR (eventually play a little near it) and stop, it might seem like a very good idea (and a very very inviting idea) do dance around it longer, but as you probably do have premature ejaculation problems this can very well end up in a ejaculation (meaning that you have to restart next day or even several days after). Even if you don't have premE problems you can still find arousal pressure unbearable (sometimes even get the "blue balls") if you do it more than once, since you will have to do it the next day too, so keep that in mind.

    Do note that if you ejaculate on the first or the second day, that day doesn't count. Also during the first day you are free to give it a tug or two to bring it to erect but do not attempt to reach ponr (if you do this do it either after arousal response benchmarking, or on a different time). You should not attempt to reach ponr at night because if you are prone to arousal spikes you won't have a good night sleep, and being tired wont help you on the day two.

    Advanced: Your goal is to crate a sort of constant but not suffocating arousal (my preference is mostly low arousal and pleasure but always present, some people will probably like higher intensity arousal and pleasure during the day), best way to do this is to start the day with the edging while you are in bed, try have soft wave orgasms if you can, or balloon near the ponr to reach as high arousal as you can for an extended amount of time, even if you are good at DOs you should try not to attempt it on the first day or in the morning. After that during the mid day you should edge once more just so that you can bring yourself to ponr and restore the arousal, try not to do it too much however. Then at night have one session that is mostly the same as the one during the morning, it is up to you if you want to DO or not, how ever do not do it too late or you wont be able to go to sleep. (I know I wasn't able, it kinda ruins the feeling, a well timed night edge about 2-4 hours before sleep will be just enough to make you sleep well).


    4) How should I do it?

    Beginner:

    Be it morning or middle of the day, the idea is to create a good foundation, this is most important part for people with premature ejaculation. Firstly getting naked is a good idea (or if you are too self conscious you might keep the shirt, but getting naked is a better idea etc.) Also get some lubricant of choice.

    The getting naked part is important psychologically as well as physically. The psychological part is in feeling sort of unburdened by your clothes (I didn't notice this before I came to these forums, since I mostly masturbated with my clothes on, but later on I tried without and noticed how relaxing and freeing it is). The physical part is that you can easily feel your body with both your hands and legs, you can be surprised how foreign we can sometimes seem to our own body.

    Lay down on the bed and firstly try to get the feel of your body, close the eyes and try to feel the air touching your skin (be sure it is not too cold in your room however, if it is get naked under the covers and feel the cover touching you). Take a moment or so to appreciate it (this might all seem kinda lame, but it really does works). Also take a note of your breathing, and try to take note of it during the session as much as you can and correct it so that you are mostly breathing with your lower body and less your upper body. Also take your time and consciously relax every part of your body one part at a time, also try to notice which part tenses as you edge the most and make conscious effort to relax it (putting a big note that says BREATHE AND RELAX somewhere where you can see it during edging is a good idea.

    Now slowly start touching your body with one hand, focus on both your hand touching your body and your body feeling the hand, then slowly more the hand over your body. There is mostly nothing sexual about this it is more about your tuning your feelings of both touching or being touched (while it is not same as being touched by another it is close as needed for now). Then do that with your other hand. Try to feel different parts of your body just to see how will they react (nipples for example, the small of your back, neck etc). This will take about 2-5 minutes but if you like it feel free to make it longer. If you what to take it higher you can also apply your lubricant to your body and feel it that way, you will feel more but it tends to be too messy and that puts some people off.

    Now turn your attention to your pelvic area and slowly touch around it and feel (if you can try and get your penis erect just by imagination), now slowly move to the penis and start gently stroking it. It is very important not to rush it nor to masturbate it while flaccid, just caressing and stroking is well enough, do not use the lube for now.

    Once it is fully erected with your other hand while edging do the same touching of your body and notice mentally how your body reacts (what you are looking here also is the area that tense more when you edge, so that you can know which area they are and work on relaxing them), try and keep the attention to the hand that is touching your body and the place your body is touched and not the hand that slowly edges. In each stage of the edging you should try and touch your body from time to time to see how it responds, try also to thrust with your hips and observe.

    Now you can increase the speed of edging and if needed apply little of lubricant but not to much, it is also important to be gradual with it. Don't edge to fast, moderate speed is fine. Grip should not be too tight, but should also not be far too light.

    As you feel the fist signs of arousal and pleasure keep at it for a while (from just a few strokes to a minute or so depending on your stamina) and then change either the hand or the body position or both, take notice of how that affects you.

    If you sense that your arousal is getting out of hand slow down or even stop for a little while. (10 seconds or so). Open your eyes and try not to get to much lost into sensations, but try to observe them more. Juggle between the pleasure and observing as you see fit.

    If you did this right you should last a decent time (10-15 minutes is very very decent, but even lower is no problem, and higher but not too high is welcome but make it 30 minutes tops) as you start to feel PONR coming gradually slow down and ease into stopping and just lay down and feel what is happening for a minute or so, appreciate the moment so to speak. If you feel daze-like it is good, slowly get up get dressed and go on with your day, the feeling should linger from 15 minutes to 2 hours depending on how good you did it. I you did it right you should not feel pissed of or bad that you stopped as much as that you want more, that is the feeling you should aim for and in the end accept and get used to (so that you can in the end eventually master it fully).

    Try not to eat for the next hour or so (at least I found stuff to be distasteful, while after and hour or so stuff will taste even better than usual).

    If you feel that your body is too stressed out a few lazy stretches or yoga (but very mildly, sun salutations come to mind) will help, it will also help your arousal and pleasure to spread better trough your body.

    If you happen to ejaculate try not to feel frustrated but enjoy the ejaculation and try again tomorrow or some other day, try to learn from the session (you will learn enough that the next session it will not be that hard to maintain and not ejaculate).


    Advanced:

    Your morning should be like that described in the beginner section, but while the beginner should stop at fist ponr, you should dance more around it and if you can have soft wave orgasms, if you can't with ballooning or the technique of your choice keep that high arousal feeling as long as you can. About 45 minutes to one hour should be quite enough.

    Sometime midday, you should have one straight forward session just till the first ponr, you are free to do it as you like but don't take too long aim more to reignite the arousal and the pleasure rather than just creating new ones.

    The night edging should be the same as the morning one, but a tad less intensive. You should avoid DOs during the first day, since they tend to hamper the arousal even with clean DO, the arousal and pleasure you get from the before the fist DO will always be stronger and better than after, even by so very little.


    5) How will I feel?

    Beginner: While this can differ, in essence you sould feel like you can get fully erect almost anytime during the day with a few tugs, you should feel a little on the edge and feel much more how you felt when you where a teenager. You will also be tempted to finish what you started but being able to resist it is one of the goals of this routine.

    Advanced: You should feel orgasmic during the day, in other words you when you close your eyes and do a few slow kegel flexes you should feel something like a tiny orgasm and mostly you will feel very sexual and full of energy. But since we can all experienced it differently the one common ground is that you should feel very good during the day.

      2) GOAL OF THE DAY

      Beginner: The goal should be again to reach ponr once. But now it will prove to be much harder.

      Advanced: Having good one session during this day will be all you need, but for those that want more you can do the same as you did the first day, just be very careful (most of the time I fail here when attempting advanced 3day routine, so more often I would opt for a decent one session during day two).


      3) When should I do it?

      Beginner: Middle of the day might be the best idea, morning can be a little to intensive since the arousal of yesterday should still be here at least in a very little amount, but enough to make you prematurely ejaculate.

      Advanced: You should pick the time of the day you feel that will be best in therms of arousal and pleasure gain (again for me that is morning). Or you can kick it up a level and do it 3 times like yesterday, although even to people who are highly versed in this I would not suggest this.

      4) How should I do it?

      Beginner:

      The reason I was so detailed yesterday was because now that you are more horny than yesterday most of the touching-feeling stuff will not be as useful in the observation department but if you are willing to try it again it will make you feel very nice. Your should concentrate on bringing your self to ponr but not ejaculating, that alone should be a task enough, observation and the rest is just a bonus. You will observe much more how you feel during that day than during that very session.

      Due to the higher arousal don't be surprised if you accidentally end up having soft wave orgasms (I actually had them in a simmilar way first time), if you happen to have it just enjoy them and don't care if you ejaculate or not, experience and pleasure you get from that situation will be far more beneficial than the whole beginner 3day routine and you can always start again the next day (and it will be way easier), if you manage not to ejaculate even better just go with your day until the next day, if you can.

      Now, the same as yesterday you should start slow (again making yourself erect with only imagination is a good idea), how ever should feel free to be more sensual, and try to enjoy it as much as you can and the moment you feel just little sign of PONR stop. Just stop lay down and absorb the moment, let your penis go limpish (it may take a while) and then slowly and carefully edge until ponr again and as before stop. If you feel that doing it again will make you ejaculate than that is it for the day, if not then do a third and final time till ponr then stop altogether. Do not pay attention to how long you have lasted, neither is that an good representation neither it is important at this point.

      By the way, the first time I actually felt high arousal for a longer duration, rather then one arousal spike that usually forced me to prematurely ejaculate, I was honestly surprised that my body can feel that way, that is how foreign that feeling can be so don't be surprised if this happens to you. This happened while I did something similar to 3day routine in a way that I chose not to ejaculate for a few days while edging.

      Also do not attempt this several times during the day, what you do in that one session is all. Doing it again will either cause you to ejaculate or get "blue balls".

      It might seem totally counter intuitive to attempt to reach ponr more than once, but now since your arousal is nicely spread trough your body you will notice slight but in some way substantial ability to be able to somewhat lower your arousal. This is mostly because you have partially gotten used to the arousal feeling. It will be the litle things that get better, but in the grand scheme of things, they are just as grand.

      Advanced:

      While yesterday with the first session (morning one) you aimed to bring the arousal and pleasure to a certain level then with the edging during the day sort of keeping it the same, today you will attempt to actually get the bar hither during one of the session (or with each session if you want). Telling you how you should do it would be kinda pointless since you probably have your own ways and methods, just keep in mind not to ejaculate. Having a DO this day should not pose much problem to your arousal but don't over do it. One DO is more than enough, but for even more advanced people (especially one versed in hardwave orgasms, which I am not) here a hard wave should also be an option, middle of the day is probably the best time for a DO.


      5) How shoud I feel:

      Beginner:
      Like a horny teenager, but a little bit angry too and prone to getting more nervous, managing those feelings (not repressing them as much as channeling them into something positive) is as important as maintaining your arousal and not giving into it, this is the day that will teach you what it means to control your feelings and your arousal. You will learn as much on this day during the time you don't actually edge as the time you actually edge.

      Advanced:

      Serene might be the right word, but with more pleasure. Chocolate will taste amazing this day (I am not joking), just don't eat it a few hours after your session, and don't eat to much. You will feel in such fine control of your body and arousal that just that fact will make you even more happy. This is if you did just one session, for me doing all three sessions on the day too has proven to be not that enjoyable (headache kinda spoiled a little).

        [DAY THREE]

        1) WORD OF THE DAY: RELAX

        2) Goal of the day:

        Beginner
        : Finally!

        Advanced: This is probably how a Christmas tree feels like.

        3) When should I do it:

        Beginner: When ever you like during that day, this is your day, your little freedom.

        Advanced: See beginner also If you have a partner, this is the day you should have sex with. If you could make it " your day " even better.

        4) How should I do it:

        Beginner:

        This day, how long you last, how you do it and everything is of little importance, just give your body the pleasure of release. When edging try not to stop much unless you like to tease yourself, but keep in mind that how ever you ejaculated you will do it right. It might seem fooling reading this but you will feel like it. The less you care about anything the better will it be for you. Ejaculating in the most relaxed position you can find can really up the experience, sometimes the mess can be worth it.

        Just really honestly try to relax and be happy, everything will fall into the place.

        This day mostly teaches or reteaches you that you can have better orgasms while ejaculating and not just those with empty feelings. It also helps to disassociate bad ejaculation sessions from the good ones. Do not try to achieve anything other on this day, a good ejaculation feeling is a achievement enough, and I am sure many people who read this and have premature ejaculation know very well how soul-crushing and an empty orgasm-less ejaculation can feel.

        Advanced:

        As with beginner, this is entirely up to you and your habits. My is to just have a masturbation session with little and no control, just letting go can feel really good after a few days of trying to (how ever pleasant) keep it all together, again morning is my time where this really is good, but during night time can be good just as well. Note that even though it might feel like a good idea since you will have even more arousal control than usual not ejaculating on this day and getting one more day is not a good idea because you might go to far and end up feeling worse than you did and all those 3 days will be mostly for nothing.


        5) How should I feel:

        Beginner: Your body (after a pretty decent ejaculation if I might add, that will mostly be a full body orgasm with ejaculation, for some a first time occurrence) will feel relaxed in a way you probably didn't feel for a while, you might even get hard again during the day (it happened to me) but try not to masturbate it again, instead just enjoy the feeling. This relaxing feeling can last good 3 hours and more (at least it did for me).

        Advanced: Well you will really light up like a Christmas three, you will feel very energized for a good amount of time and then settle in a good relaxing feeling. Also, chocolate.

            Lots of words. I didn't read them all, but I bet it has a lot of good stuff.

            One thing you mention is to dissociate pleasure with ejaculation. This is an extremely important point, and I am glad you make it early. When edging it's really fun to go from the idea of "ohh, this is great I'm going to cum" to "ohh this feels great, I don't have to cum". It's an incredibly powerful tool even if it's only positives are additional fun during masturbation. Being able to handle a much larger level of arousal for a longer period of time is incredible. It's a gift to the masturbator. So many techniques to battle premature ejaculation include things like lowering one's arousal, meditating away from the arousal, and even desensitizing the penis. I of course practice those, but I am eager to learn to transitional to the dissociation of pleasure and necessary ejaculation.

            EDIT: I edged like 3 hours ago. Looks like it's chocolate time!

              Great post MM. I completely agree with your views on arousal, that kind of approach to your arousal seem far more natural and beneficial to me.

                thanks for this great detailed routine of edging (also thanks for members that pointed that to me/us).
                I hope I understand all (because of my poor english).

                  More or less it is how you described it in "in short".

                  By the way, if you at any time after having a session with no ejaculation feel uncomfortable after finishing the session (pain of any sort if the abdomen and testacles), try and ejaculate anyway (then restart 3 day routine later on). This can occur after a longer brake or abstinence.

                  As for the questions:

                  - The less intensive it is (in other words beginner route) the more times you can do it. You don't need any extremlly specific timings, just go with the flow and determine what sits with you the best.

                  - Yeah it can be hard, in time after you detox from porn it will be allot easier. You can for example watch a little porn during the day (but don't edge) and then later in that day try do re-imagine the sex scenes.

                  - Yeah 3day routine will increase your stamina because you will better understand at what points what happens, and because you are building arousal conditioning.

                  - You can have it on the day you ejaculate if you want, for advanced route you can even have it during the routine it self (provided you don't ejaculate), or the day after.

                    Wow!!! Fantastic guide. I'm on day three, kind of doing a in between beginner/advanced routine since I know what I'm doing/my levels of arousal.

                    Question though, I'm on day 3. Super fucking horny, and my girl is coming over. Can I just blow my load with her or will that fuck up what I've been working on the past 2 days?

                        I don't see why not, just note that the level of stimulation you get with it is much higher than if you do it the normal way. My suggestion is to do it normally for several routines just to get the hang of it and not be overwhelmed then introduce it day by day. For example first time you can only use it on day one, next time on the first two days and so on.

                          Hey man, you sure about not ejaculating for 2 days and do it the 3rd? I did it today and I don't feel relaxed at all because I didn't ejaculate, it's actually very irritating. You sure this can't cause any specific consequences?

                          Also what is your thoughts about edging everyday? Is it bad, can it cause any consequences? is it recommended?, is it not recommended? (was thinking about doing this 3days routine everyday, like it goes on forever and not just 3 days a week.) I can't really do normal PE at this point because of my foreskin, so I'm looking for something I can actually do that will get rid of my PE quickly and or potentially enlarge my penis (without stretching and all those, need foreskin fixed). I also try to become a MMO one day.

                          I think I have asked this before, but unfortunately I can't remember what you said... But what is your thoughts on doing kegels / reverse kegels while edging?

                            If you frequently ejaculate (at least once per week) 3 day routine should not cause anything that is detrimental to health.


                            As for the day 2

                            5) How shoud I feel:

                            Beginner:
                            Like a horny teenager, but a little bit angry too and prone to getting more nervous, managing those feelings (not repressing them as much as channeling them into something positive) is as important as maintaining your arousal and not giving into it, this is the day that will teach you what it means to control your feelings and your arousal. You will learn as much on this day during the time you don't actually edge as the time you actually edge.
                            Doing 3day routine back to back is not recommended since it still makes a pressure on the pelvic floor and the prostate, 3day routine is more for observation and getting to know yourself, as well as an occasional benchmark in high arousal situation than it is for building stamina, so if you plan to do this back to back you are doing it at your own risk.

                              You mentioned one should not masturbate while flaccid, why is that? I have some doubts about using my imagination. I see it a little similar to porn.
