  • PE: Sensitive Head (Serious Issue)

    I'm almost 19 now, and I've been having issues with my PE for my whole life. I'm guessing it's because of my poor masturbation habits when I was younger, but I want to change it now because it's ruining my sex life.

    So pretty much I've researched everything, I tried meditating, natural PE pills, kegels, (started reverse kegels), and nothing seems to work. In the summer I had myself being able to masturbate 10-15min while watching porn with lube, but it eventually got worse again. Last time I had intercourse, I was drunk and lasted under a minute and I blamed it on whiskey !**@!.. http://static.ehealthforum.com/healt...n_rolleyes.gif

    So, I was trying to find a cause for it, and I noticed when I stroke the back of my head (Im circumcised by the way), it makes me kegel involuntarily. It's not big kegels, but you can tell there's some tension going on there. Then the more I rub it, worse the kegels get. I'm trying to relax it, but it seems impossible to calm it completely.

    If anyone could help I would greatly appreciate it! I tried desensitizing condoms before, and they work, but they take the fun out of sex.. if anyone could help me, they would definitely be a life saver

    The best advice is get close then stop. Then squeeze base and wait a few minutes and start again. You will find you will have stronger erections and more powerful orgasm.

      I've been trying that, what about Reverse/regular Kegels? I just want to find a way to stop the involuntary kegels, or desensitize my head a bit

          Meditative breathing reverse kegals while you gently rub the sensitive part with some lube. You are programmed to tense up when you touch that because growing up you'd want to masturbate really quick. You need to reteach yourself to relax your pelvic floor. Stop doing kegals, only rk's until you're more balanced. Also, search pelvic floor stretches.

              Never masturbate to porn. Yes, do only reverse kegels till u are more balanced. Rub the sensitive spots with and without lube and use a tighter grip during masturbation, with and without lube. Do some jelqing too.
              Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
              Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
              I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.

                    Try masturbating and stroking over the head as well, eventually it will lose sensitivity. This might require lots of masturbation though..
                    Starting Stats: BPEL 5.75x4.45

                      Another problem I have that I thought might be noteable.. is when I urinate, when I'm done I have to shake for awhile. It just keeps dripping out. It wasn't always like that it mostly started in the past year or two. Could that be because my pelvic floor isn't balanced or something? Or maybe there's no connection haha

                          relaxation techniques. With time, you will not kegel involuntarily.

                            Not to worry. Some people just dribble more than others. Kegeling should definitely
                            help with this.

                              When I stopped reg kegeling and only rev kegeling, I started dribbling all the time.
