**This is going to be quite a large post. Iv been "fixing" my Premature Ejaculation (PreE) for almost a year and a half now so I have a lot of information to share. If you dont want to read everything skip to "HOW TO BEGIN THE CURE"**
Before I start, I want to say I am not a doctor, nor a heath specialist. I have ZERO qualifications in this field and therefore this is only a guide as to what I have done. All I have is a year and a half of personal research, trial and error and slow progress. None of what I write below is guaranteed to work. I advise doing your own research, this is simply all I have done and researched myself mainly using this forum.
BACKSTORY
To start, I didnt always have PreE. I believe I "gave it to myself". In other words my life style increase my speed in which I ejaculate, and without realising, cemented this into my body's generic way of ejaculating. This happened due to me entering a long distance relationship. On the weekend I would see my girflriend, and have a lot of sex. Then during the time we were apart my sex drive would be higher and I found I needed to masturbate a lot more. I did this in the usual way, put up some porn and beat it till its done. Looking back now, this is possibly my biggest mistake to date and I think is my reason for having PreE. 6 months of doing this has taken me almost 2 years to fix. Just like anything, if you practice your body will adapt to become better at it. I, without realising, practised and became good at ejaculating quickly, so had to do the reverse and teach my body to last longer.
SHORT TERM FIX
I would just like to say, my girlfriend never knew I had PreE. I managed to "hide" it by doing different things I read. Most of them worked but only short term. Other than the last in this list, I wouldn't advise doing any of these:
-Ejaculate before sex: This will slightly cure PreE, but may mean you cant get an erection at all. I didnt struggle with that, however my erections were a lot less "full" and my orgasm was a lot smaller, so I stopped doing this pretty quickly.
-Penis delay spray: This is what I used the most. Around 2/3 hours before sex I would use some spray (China Brush) so that when I had sex I was desensitised. This isnt too bad but I often found I sometimes couldnt cum, it took me about 3 months to figure out how much to use (Hardly any!) and it is annoying when the girlfriend says lets have sex, and you have to make up an excuse as to why you cant for a few hours.
-Alcohol: I would strongly advise against this, I cant stress that enough. I was a student, and found after a night out drinking I didnt have PreE. So, before I had sex I would have a beer or 3. This does in the very short term cure PreE, but the long term is unbelievably risky. I found I became tolerant to alcohol and almost reliant. I found I would worry If I didnt drink abit before sex. Avoid doing this.
-Breaks during sex: This is the best short term fix. The best way to take breaks is to keep changing position. Doing this I manage to last up to 45 minutes maybe an hour just by changing sexual position. As soon as I feel me beginning to need to cum, I would say to my girlfriend you go on top, or lie on your front etc etc. My girlfriend seemed to like this, and I also found positions I could last longer in. If I found I changed position and needed to cum straight away I would say to her that it doesnt feel as good. The other way I would take a break is to go to the toilet or get a drink. This short minute or so break would be enough to make me last longer. The huge downside to this is sometimes your in the moment and dont want to take a break. This is actually what made me start researching PreE cures.
HOW TO BEGIN THE CURE
This is what I did, and after about 2 months of doing this I noticed a change. However I notice its extremely easy to loose progress so if you are going to start, put yourself 100% into it. Otherwise you will see slow progress which will probably make you slip back into your old ways.
FIRSTLY: 100% without question cut out porn. Chances are if you are reading this you have PreE because of porn. Do not watch, or look at pictures at all. You need to train yourself to be able to cum without any stimulation other than yourself. Once you master that its a lot easier to train to last longer.
This is my explanation of the above: Watching porn basically taught my mind to cum quickly. This is because when I watched porn, my arousal was instantly higher. I was basically starting at a 5/6 out of 10 state of arousal. Even if I started watching porn without an erection, porn decreases your time to get aroused. This translates to when I had sex, I would be able to get to a state of higher arousal a lot faster. Which sounds good, but ment when I started having sex I was at a 5/6 without realising, meaning I had less time till I hit my Point of no return (PONR)
SECONDLY: DO NOT KEGEL!!! By this I mean do not put kegling into any routine you are doing. The reason for my PreE is due to the fact that I was kegling without realising, to make myself cum during masturbation. Kegling does have advantages in other aspects, but I found and have read that having a too strong kegel (pelvic floor muscle) is the reason for cumming quick. The whole routine below is how to balance this back out.
THE ROUTINE
This is what I did, and still do every now and again for a week or so:
To start off I tried masturbating without any external stimulation (ie porn, pictures, sound etc) and timed myself. This was to set a goal as well as to see progress being made.
This routine isn't to be done for a certain time, rather I did this once (sometimes twice if I had time) a day for as long as it took to fix. Personally I found that 2 months I noticed a change and now around a year on I can almost last as long as I want.
During this I stopped doing the following:
-Stopped watching porn.
-Stop masturbating to cause ejaculation
-Only ejaculated during sex/after sex.
The exercises
1. Balloon . For those who dont know what that is click on the link.
2. Reverse Kegel (RK).
20 Minutes of ballooning, with regular intervals of RKs = 1 cycle.
To explain, this was done by ballooning for as long as possible until I hit my PONR. I would have a clock running and every minute, for 20 seconds I would do as many RK's as possible, holding the last one for about 5 seconds. As soon as I hit my PORN I would RK for about a minute. Take a break then start again until I would hit my PONR too quickly.
I noticed a quick increase in my ability to avoid my PONR. I was able to balloon for as long as possible and never hit my PONR. Once I got to this stage, I reintroduced porn. This set me back because initially I watched it and came quickly. The key to reintroducing porn I found was to have it muted, and only use it DURING, and towards the end of each cycle of ballooning, just to push you closer to your PONR. The aim is to try and not hit the PONR by doing RK's. As soon as you begin to hit your PONR, Minimise the porn and continue ballooning and RKing until you are back to an 8/10 aroused, and then stop for about 5 minutes.
This is all I did for around 6 months. Occasionally I would have a relapse as we all do, but I stuck to it pretty well and after around 2 months I noticed I was lasting longer in bed and after about 3/4 I was almost in complete control.
The routine I posted above is my routine, but you could mix up RKs and ballooning however you want I think.
Since then Im pretty much "cured" however I find if I watch porn now I quickly fall back into the problem of PreE. Im not sure why this is the case so I try to avoid it. I also found its a MASSIVE mind game. If you go into sex thinking you will cum quick, you probably will. It annoys me when people say "change your state of mine". I think its stupid because its almost impossible to do that, however it does work. The best way to fix is to act physically by training, which will give you confidence that you can last longer. And once you think you can last longer, you probably will.
