    Most of you will recognize me as a compulsive solution seeker and poster, from my last posts.
    I must say that the two methods tried before (Pillow Stretch and Yoga Stretches) really helped me - but only for a while.
    Reverse Kegels also helped, but it wouldn't let me go further.

    But now, after having the insight when reading about TMS (Traumatic Masturbation Syndrome), things started to get better. When I started masturbating on prone position, lying with my stomach down and against the ground, things didnt get good on the end of the first week. The problem was pushing too hard on the glans, what led me to a frenulum "burn" issue.

    However, after resting for 2 weeks, I finally masturbated everyday for 2 weeks. The result started do come this weekend. After having sex with my girlfriend 10-15 times, this is the FIRST one she texts me saying how great it was. I am still trying to keep Reverse Kegels, but Prone Masturbation is giving me more results. Edging? No need. My tip? The part of your penis that must contact the ground is the base - next to your balls. Im not doing any other exercises (like Pillow Stretch and Yoga Stretching). But when I finish one month of prone masturbating, maybe I try them to see if any results will be noticed.

      Yes, James, this is a great read. This is where I got the idea of starting prone in order to take any over-stimulation from mild touches be a past fact.

      Also, in case things didnt work, you could easily get better with their natural masturbation program.

              Just make sure you are able to achieve and maintain an erection using your hand, otherwise you'll likely have ED when you're with a woman.

                it's strange
                because ever since the first time i masturbate, i am masturbating prone,i never use hand, because i am cut
                but i am have a serious PE
                but i always use a soft bed to make masturbate prone very smooth
                maybe i should use a not so soft\smooth bed to masturbate

                  I believe soft and smooth is what causes hypersensitivity and spasms. You should try the death grip a bit.

                      wait a minute - 10 - 15 times in one weekend? Maybe I read that wrong, but having "real" sex that often is probably a greater contribution to your success than the solo training.
                      Just a thought anyhow.
                      I gave up on the pillow stretch too - it didnt seem to do anything for me.

                      I believe "real sex" as opposed to solo masturbating/edging is what is key to making progress. And 10-15 times is alot in my oppinion. (well compared to my pathetic sex life it's huge) Congratulations!

                      I hope your progress continues and you have plenty of fulfilling sex ahead.

                          Sorry for being late on this but how exactly do you do the prone masturbation. Is it facing down on your stomach and humping the bed? because i used to do that when i was younger and i believe that made me more sensitive .

                            Yes, that's prone masturbation. Or humping a pillow. The key is that you are facing down and humping something. It supposedly makes sex less pleasurable because prone masturbation puts excessive pressure on and stimulates the base of the penis, which is not something that could be achieved with intercourse.

                              this might help if you have never masturbated prone before. But as someone who has masturbated prone all my life I feel like this has caused or at least contributed to my problem.

                              With my hand, 15+ minutes, prone 1-2 minutes, real sex <30 secs
