I must say that the two methods tried before (Pillow Stretch and Yoga Stretches) really helped me - but only for a while.
Reverse Kegels also helped, but it wouldn't let me go further.
But now, after having the insight when reading about TMS (Traumatic Masturbation Syndrome), things started to get better. When I started masturbating on prone position, lying with my stomach down and against the ground, things didnt get good on the end of the first week. The problem was pushing too hard on the glans, what led me to a frenulum "burn" issue.

However, after resting for 2 weeks, I finally masturbated everyday for 2 weeks. The result started do come this weekend. After having sex with my girlfriend 10-15 times, this is the FIRST one she texts me saying how great it was. I am still trying to keep Reverse Kegels, but Prone Masturbation is giving me more results. Edging? No need. My tip? The part of your penis that must contact the ground is the base - next to your balls. Im not doing any other exercises (like Pillow Stretch and Yoga Stretching). But when I finish one month of prone masturbating, maybe I try them to see if any results will be noticed.
