  • Identifying the ...

    Hi,

A great site with lots of info and hoping that I have come to the right place.

I have always suffered from PE and when I was younger, every time I jumped or skipped I would get this sharp pain between my Balls and Anus, and I obviously never consulted a doctor about it. I have also ejaculated a few times when finishing exams and under pressure.

I recently got the courage to consult a doctor who has prescribed me SSRI or anti-depressant medication and from reading online it has a lot of side effects and I am trying to avoid taking it.

Can you please help me identify what I am suffering from.

I have used Kegel technique and also start stop while urinating but it hasn't helped.

My observation so far has been that I suffer from serious kegel during erection and I assume it leads to PE, when I kegel I feel a mild sensation and the area behind my ball fatigues.

I also workout and when I do abdominal workout that is hanging leg raises I almost feel like coming without any erection, during this workout one clinches the pelvic muscles.

Also when I finish passing urine I kegel to stop urine from leaking and if I don't do this I would leak urine, I am getting on top of this by trying to relax but it's still there. I am noticing that I kegel most of the time that is tensing the muscle behind my balls and not clinching my anus.

Can you advise what muscles are doing what and what area I need to exercise?

    Many thanks.

Sounds like your pelvic muscles are overworked and tight. Look into pevic stretches and relaxing your pelvic floor. To control your PE take a look at minutemans guide.

It sounds like you have a chronic pelvic floor imbalance and/or weakness.

This isn't good, you should only do this once or twice in order to locate the muscle that needs to be exercised, once you've found it you no longer need to stop and start while urinating.

I'd personally do this routine once with kegels and once with reverse kegels; https://www.pegym.com/forums/beginne...l-routine.html

This will hopefully restore balance, and increase muscle strength and conditioning. Due to the chronic condition of your pelvic floor I'd also recommend starting yoga.

For more information on kegels and pelvic floor balance you should read these threads:

You should also read the stickies in this sub-forum

EDIT: Once you've advanced a bit more in your kegel routine I'd recommend doing more reverse kegels than kegels, but for now I feel that you need to correct your weakness and treat them equally.

Yes, absolutely and it happened. I have had several ocassions since then where I have felt the same.

I am reading as much as possible but still haven't worked out the weak muscles or like you have said that it could be the total imablace of my pelvic muscle.

How long one has to do these exercises for to get the desired effect?

        Thanks

The muscles in your pelvic floor spasm . This spasm can take the form of a kegel and cause issues like pre e and ed.
There are several things you can do to relax the area, including yoga style stretches ,reverse kegels and massage.

Thanks for the info everyone, and one more thing.

I also suffer from sperm leakage where I see Stains on my underwear and sperm keeps coming after ejaculation for at least another half an hour. Is that a sign of weak or tense muscle?

Muscles can be both tense and weak.
