That puts too much pressure on the butthole/prostate. infact, NEVER masturbate sitting down. It is one of the MAJOR causes of prem ejac. Bet you didnt know that! Stand up straight or lay completely flat on your bed. Later u can add resistance by sitting on a chair. be carefully and take it easy at first. Don't push hard right away.
    Increase the long holds by 10,20 or 30 seconds each workout day. at the end of each session when your exhausted, do short hard bursts to finish off until u can't do any anymore. The main secret: forget the isolation thing people talk about. Use your ABS and all other muscles when u push. Those are stabilizer muscles that will help the rev kegel. Do AB exercises if necessary. Bit most of all, be careful and GIVE IT TIME!!!!! My rev k ability is so good that I can stop any ejaculation with a rev K. Also.... When u are trained well, during sex, you automatically have natural light rev kegel hold that keeps you relaxed and away from reg kegel spasms.

        Thanks for the info. By reading a lot on this forum, I've come to understand that my premature ejaculation is caused by involuntary spasms of the BC muscle. How I developed this - I don't know. I do know that I used to be able to last relatively long but now I'm in my mid-20s, I am starting to have serious problems to control my orgasm. I am quite fed up and kegels did not seem to help.

        Anyway, could you give me some advice concerning breathing - when I do RKs, I tend to hold my breath as breathing seems to prevent me from tightening my (ab) muscles and hence, my pelvic floor muscles. So am I doing something wrong or should I apply some kind of breathing technique?

        Also, what routine would you recommend for beginners? Time/sets etc and length of each RK.

          I took a deep breath held my breath and let it out slowly in spurts when I started training hard. This way you can push out hard and strengthen the abs and surrounding muscles that help the rev kegel. DO THEM EVERY OTHER DAY. I suggest long hard holds as long as you can and try and do longer ones every next training day. At the end when you are tired, so short hard bursts to finish the day off.

            BUT BE CAREFUL CUZ YOU MIGHT MAKE YOURSELF PASS OUT!!! Haha. (No, it never happened to me)

              Do you do soft reverse kegels ?

              have you isolated your reverse kegels or are you not really interested in this ?

                I've done it all already. I tried everything and I can isolate them and have an amazing ability ONLY because I trained hard and pushed out hard for progressive long periods of time. Before that, light rev kegels and "isolation" (no abs) exercises didn't do anything for me.

While I did this, I sat on a very hard chair. Sitting on a hard chair puts great pressure and massages the prostate. If you do regular kegels the whole time during this also that is even worse. Doing all of this trains and changes your system and gives you prem ejac.

                      alright what i will do now


                      1- train abs

                      2- push slightly away for long periods

                      3- do not push sitting on chairs

                      note : i can do it now but when i am erect i feel the " BC " muscle is so massive large .. is that normal

                      i can do kegels very good for about 5 seconds but my reverse are diminished i won't give up i will fix it sooon

                        Use your abs when pushing out hard for long periods. Be careful.
                        You can do it sitting but that is tougher and more advanced.
                        Do them lying flat on bed or standing up straight. What do you mean "push slightly away"?
                        Drop the regular kegels. Do only rev kegels but alone as an exercise. Don't do it while masturbating. You'll just ejac faster. Read my postings again.

                          i can' do them sitting but i can't do them lying on bed and i don't know why !!!


                          i mean that i will push my prineal muscles slightly downward

                          i am already stopping kegels these days and will focus only on reverse one


                          but why when i do reverse kegels i ejaculate faster , i noticed it when i do hard reverse my semen come out so should i do them when and how

                            You shouldn't be doing reverse kegels while thrusting, but rather do them outside of sex/masturbating to help loosen your pelvic floor. If you keep a schedule of doing this, it will translate to less regular kegels and subconcious reverse kegels in sex/masturbating.

                            This is what I've been doing so far and im seeing results.
