  • How do I start?

    I suffer from PE and have done since my pubic years. I have always watched porn and materbated every day religiously. After reading posts on this forum I think this is the cause of my PE and I want to get out of these nasty habits and get myself in a comfortable and healthy routine and last longer in the sack. So far I havn't found a routine on these forums for me to start my RK exercises. Can someone point me in the right direction please?

    Hey there,

    First off, you have to determine whether your Pre E is arousal related (mental) or physical (relating to pelvic floor imbalance) It is usually a mix of the two but it is really helpful to find out which one is the major player. I would recommend you started with Minuteman's Pelvic Floor balance routine, it is a 12 week or so program. Also, look into Edging. As a beginner, you should start with start-and-stop method and slowly move up the ranks. Understand porn/fantasizing excessively/reading erotic literature etc only worsen matters.

    Form a good routine and follow it wholeheartedly. I am sure you'll start seeing results within 8 weeks or so and that'll motivate you to keep going.

        I also suffered from PE for a long time too and since when very young and I think the cause of your PE is similar to mine. I started masturbating at 13 years of age and under 14 years of age I masturbated only once a day and 3-4 days a week. My masturbation rhythm was slow and took a long time to cum shot. When I started reading pornographic magazines began to masturbate more than once a day, every day, with a rhythm of masturbation ever faster and faster and I started to cum shot too fast. Because I've done that for many years I was conditioned to ejaculate quickly and lost my reflection in ejaculation control. I think you ought to stop with the porn and reduce masturbation. You should try some type exercises and stop masturbating when ejaculção this to happen and others commented on the site. In my case I did not get results for these exercises have already begun to do with old age. I sought help at a urologist today and take 30-40 minutes to ejaculate depending on the rhythm of penetration. Before ejaculated in 2 minutes.

          50 x Reverse Kegel
          10 x Reverse Kegel hold

                The big problem about porn together with masturbation is that it makes your brain become more sensitive to less stimulus..
                So the best thing would probably be to stop with the porn for the next approx. 30 days plus/minus (the time it take for the brains to make new neural patterns, in other words, create or destroy habits).
                However, the sad part about this is that it is way easier said then done.
                So what to do is for you to notice what the tricker is for you to sit down in front of the computer and masturbate is. Is it coming home from work/school? Is it being alone after dinner? Watching the sexy news lady? ect.
                Ones you find the tricker, do everything to stay away from that! And this might mean that you have to, instead of going straight home after work, go to a bar/friends place. Or that you cannot eat home, etc.
                This you have to do this for that month or so, to actually get out of the pattern that you currently are in.

                  Do both normal and reverse Kegels! You don't wanna create a further unbalance. However, a lot of people do tend to be stronger in there normal kegels.. But I wouldn't recommend you to completely skip them

                      Thanks for the input guys and gals!

                      So far I haven't watched porn for over a week now or even masturbated. It's thought but it isn't too hard as I thought. I would say that both Kegal types are about the same strength wise so a 50:50 routine would be fine? So maybe do the JP90 routine and substitute half the recommended kegals with RK?

                        Ok so I'll think I'll do the JP90 exercise. I started this before a while ago and never completed it. I'm sure when I read it all those months ago it stated a number of Kegels to do during the warm up exercise but it's been taking out? Wasn't it 100-200 kegels? I plan to do these kegels and add some reverse kegels on top of it.

                            If you are combating Premature Ejaculation, it is never wise to go for Kegel only routine. Your routine should be 50:50 or 40:60 in favor of Reverse Kegels.

                              Ok guys just a quick update. I've stopped watching porn and I have begin the JP 90 routine. I've also curbed myself into only masturbating every 3 days instead of every day. This has been helping to keep my kegal strength up and I'm lasting at least 20 minutes while masturbating.

                              I did notice that when a little sex scene came on, on the film I was watching it heightened my drive and put me straight to the PONR while masturbating. This has got me thinking that my PE is more mental than physical. What can I do to combat this?
