  • Can't get it up any more, what have I done?!

Over the last two months I have been doing a strict reverse kegel routine with some edging and ballooning thrown in ever few days to help my PreE. Everything has been going great, I've managed to increase my stamina ten fold since I started, but today things took a depressing turn for the worse.

While in the midst of an edging session, about ten minutes in my penis suddenly started getting soft and flaccid. I was losing my erection while edging, this has never happened to me in my 22 years. This was a real shock to me, and Im still in shock as im typing this.

But I believe I know the reason, my body was giving me signs the last few days but I foolishly ignored them. About two days ago I had a marathon edging session, I went for about 1 hour 30 minutes of stimulation, with few short breaks in between. I felt as though that was a huge breakthrough with my problem, but towards the end i felt my pelvic floor tire. You see, when I edge, I also do some reverse kegels simultaneously. I believe doing rk while edging will teach by body to eliminate involuntary kegels, and for the most part it works. Anyway like I said, my pelvic floor felt exhausted when I was done. The next day, which was yesterday, I had a lot of free time, so I actually did two ballooning sessions, but this time I couldn't last even 15 minutes because again my pelvic floor felt tired, I couldn't hold a reverse kegel at all towards the end. This brings me to today, where again I had some free time on my hands so I began another ballooning session, but this time 10 minutes in and my penis began getting soft.

It's been a few hours now and my pelvis feel exhausted, and I'm struggling to get an erection. I really should have paid attention to the signs. Have I caused myself permanent harm here? If I take a week off will I regain my ability to get an erection? Advice would be greatly appreciated, Im really nervous.

That's good to hear. I guess I've fallen victim to over-training, that's what good results do to you.
