Hi everyone. I suffer from premature ejaculation for more than one year and I have already started to do kegel exercises some time ago. However until know I have only read about regular Kegel exercises and have practiced only them. I have some questions about how should I train my pelvic muscles correctly. I read some topics on this forum and the website but it's so much information that Im getting a little bit confused, also I dont have hours to spend them reading.
- If I have done only normal Kegel (clenching), should I focus more on reverse Kegels now, or should I do both of them at the same rate?
- While masturbating/having sex my problem is that my Kegel muscles contracts pretty early, without my control of them. Is the problem related to lack of reverse Kegel training? Ofc I'd like to control the contraction of my muscles cause I think it would solve my problem.
- To successfully cure premE, do I have to train both front and back pelvic muscles, or are regular and reverse front Kegels enough?
- How long should each session take? Normally it takes me 10 to 15 minutes to train, is it enough? Actually I wouldn't like to spend 1 hour everyday training cause it's too much time
-Should I train kegels every day? For the moment I have been doing so I've never felt pain in those muscles (not like in other muscles when I train them), only sometimes in the morning I feel like the muscles are weaker but then in midday they're OK
- While edging, should I do it with porn? I have been doing it like this without great results, also I've been watching porn for many years and I think that maybe my problem comes from it. If not, what king of edging technique would be the best, just use my imagination?
- When edging I tried to stop the ejaculation by clenching my Kegels but its impossible for me, I just ejaculate "inside me". I'm aware that it's not healthy. Does it mean I need more strenght in kegel muscles (actually I can clench kegels for pretty much time, I'm able to reach 60 secs), or is the timing bad? Or maybe both factors affect? I'm just starting to read the guide to MMO hope it'll help me.
- Also another thing I'm curious about is that everyone says that you can do kegels anytime and everywhere. Actually I have to concentrate pretty much while exercising them and sometimes I find it pretty difficult to do them as I get distracted (especially in the mid-day sessions). How can you train them while doing another things? for me its impossible i have to really concentrate on the training cuz if not I wont do the exercises properly.
I think thats all my questions, hopefully someone can help me with my doubts.
