    So for the past few months, solving my severe Pre E has been a priority.
    To understand my level of unbalanced pelvic floor:
    - I find when I pull on my flaccid member into a flaccid stretched state, I involuntarily contract as I pull.
    - Another example, if I am riding in a vehicle and on a random occasion, if I get to a semi-erect state (40%), every road bump I ride over and bounce - I involuntarily contract.
    - I cannot grab my erect/ semi-erect member with much pressure, as I will quickly involuntarily contract.
    - While I edge, I can only reduce contractions with reverse kegels, and only for short times, and am always still contracting whether it be a severe contraction or minor - still is leading to Pre E.

    For pelvic floor work, I have been doing reverse kegels, NO kegeling, reverse root locks, I even have been using an electric hand held massager on my pelvic floor.

    I have been trying my best to stay positive and stay in a relaxed mind state - trying to keep stress levels reduced and relax. However, I really feel like I am not progressing and have a fairly severe case of Pre E. And solving my Pre E is more important than growing my member to me.

    Any input on how to structure an effective Pelvic Floor routine?
    START - 10/26/12:
    NBPEL - 6.25"
    BPEL - 6.75"
    BPFL - 4.125"
    BPFSL-6.75"
    NBPFL - 4"
    EG - 5"
    FG - 4.5"

    Short-Term Goal:
    NBPEL - 7+ inches
    EG - 5.5+ inches
    End Goal:
    NBPEL - 7.5+ inches
    EG - 6 inches

    If you edge, do it slowly and keep aware of when and how you involountary kegel. You could either try to do as you wrote with reverse kegels, or to make sure that with each kegel comes a kegel that you do volontary.
    Otherwise just keep doing what you do, and dont overtrain, make sure you rest some days.

      Sit on a tennis ball with your anus on it and do reverse kegals and also kegals. You can also slide on it and it can message the base of penis and also the muscles surrounding prostate.

      Ginger also helps in removing the inflammation from muscles. L-Arginine/Citrulline also reduces the inflammation. This will reduce the involuntary contractions.

        First up, don't lose hope Benelliguru. It can take some guys a long time to deal with PE in the long-term with these kind of training techniques.

        I'm going to give you some advice which is contrary to a lot of others here. So take it or leave it. If you do have severe PE, then you may find it helpful to use a delay spray from time to time while you are still working on the long-term techniques.

        If you just use it once in a while, it can help for a few reasons:

        1. Give you some confidence back if you are able to last longer for your partner to enjoy sex more fully.

        2. Show you the feeling of being in control a bit better and how you can stay relaxed during sex.

        3. Take the pressure off, which you are obviously feeling. Stress is a killer, so if you are getting worked up about lack of progress, then knowing that you can sometimes have sex for longer with a delay aid takes the pressure off. Hopefully you'll then feel more relaxed about your training, not give up on it, and see more success from it in the coming months.

        This is my personal viewpoint because it helped me. I know many people will not agree, so it's up to you to work out whether my opinion is valid or not.
