  • On the Road to Recovery : Severe PE

Hi Guys, I have had severe PE for my entire adult life. I have not had success overcoming PE, but I am determined to change things around. I have a very tense pelvic floor. I have noticed that I have involuntary kegels throughout the day, and especially before and during masturbation/sex. I NEED Help!

For a beginner routine, would this be a good routine?

    1) Meditative Reverse Kegels 2 out of ever 3 days. 30 minutes per day.
    2) Minuteman's 3 day routine atleast once a week.

Do you recommend that I add/remove exercises to my routine?
Any advice/tips/remarks from more experienced forum members?

    I appreciate all the help!

What I have noticed on this forum is that Pre E is different for everyone. There are many causes, you identify yours as a tight pelvic floor, and have correctly realised that the cure is RK. As far as routines go, again everyone is different, that is a good routine to start with, but the way to find the best routine is to experiment and see what works for you.

I would also recommend holding a light RK during edging. This will help you overcome the involuntary kegels and help enforce good habits into your muscle memory. Eventually, you should gain a naturally relaxed pelvic floor, and won't need the RK. Focus on stopping as many involuntary kegels as you can.

You might also want to look into arousal techniques and stretching.
