    I'm definitely high strung when it comes to arousal levels and libido, In my past I've been known to over masturbate..even as I past 30 years I could still do it 3 times a day, as well as making love with the wife.

    My answer, rather than treat with herbals ( although I would consider it) was to stop wanking completely, I didn't notice the transition, but at some point I took much more gratification from working out my penis rather than just pulling it to orgasm, I've always had a problem with kegeling during sex/wanking, and this is work in progress atm.

    Good post/find, any thing that helps me back off helps me....Eventually I'll be able to battle my past and f**k like I could when I was 18 again

        I hear ya average

        I used to have the problem of never being able to ejaculate during sex and it was frustrating. Then as I increased bad masturbationg habits force kegeling for stimulation I went the opposite way and would take de over pe any day lol


        What I like about this article is that it mentions less masturbation is a good way to restore balance in the nervous system and give your body and mind a chance to restore its self. I now masturbate once a week sometimes I wait even longer and I notice I can go on forever. The once a month I masturbaye to porn I seem in control and can go quite sometime without having to stop which is a sign simple things like limited masturbation, edging, learning to breathe and reverse kegels are truly a good way to gain control
