  • Cardio & Premature Ejaculation Trial

I read a lot about Cardio and how it helps you last longer, now im gonna put it to the test for you guys. When I was a little bit youger, maybe 21 (25 now) I used to jog a lot, few miles non-stop is what I worked up to. And at that time I lasted forever in bed, never really had a problem with this. Now I find myself lasting but a few minutes, there are occasions where I last all night, not sure what I did right that night. Anyways im in good shape already, but i have been lifting weights for a few months, no cardio at all for years, im very active though. But i am gonna start jogging again at least every other day and keep you guys updated on any effects. My girlfriend and i have sex at least twice a week so ill be able to test this theory out. I will just give an update once a week on hopefully positive effects.

And my jogging routine is simple, i just jog until i cant go any further and almost every time i can go just a bit longer. hopefully same results in bed

I start today, wish me luck.

    Welcome aboard, and good luck!

Welcome to the forum, and interesting concept you're trying there. It's kind of an impossible thing to control for scientifically because over time you never know what other factors might be making a difference. But it's still cool to try and focus on it like you are doing.
I totally agree that exercise in general can help with issues like PE. I don't just think it's the physicality of it though. The effect that exercise has on your mental well-being has to play a role - in many cases - because it will improve your confidence and self-esteem. So either way it's a win-win situation.
On a personal level I had a horrible illness 2 years ago which nearly killed me. During the time when I was slowly recovering from surgery but was finally able to have sex again, I noticed my lasting time plummeted to what it had been previous to making any effort to improve it. Then as I slowly started dong exercise again, feeling good about myself again, and generally being stronger both physically and mentally, my lasting time started creeping back up.
I'll never know exactly what was going on, but like I said, I think it was a combo of mental and physical self-worth.
All the best with it dude...let us know how you get on

Something is working I have to say, had sex 3 times this week and all went well. the first time was iffy but the rest i felt like i was back to where i used to be, the 2nd time we went at it for about 45 minutes, hard too. these may have been a fluke but ill see more into the future. not sure if its the cardio that's helping, but i think it may be the stretching that helps loosen things up down there. I usally only stretched upper body since i lift weights and haven't worked out legs yet. no solid evidence stretching and cardio could be helping but im doing something right and im going to continue. ill give another update in a week or so, if anyone else is having these problems maybe you can try some stretching and cardio and let me know if its helping any, would be nice to hear.

Nice work! I've just started a running routine last week, can't say whether anything has improved just yet because I haven't had sex this week. I will be in a few days though.

Just wondering if you've been doing anything else in addition to running to try to overcome your Pre-E? (eg edging, supplements, breathing exercises.. anything at all)

          Thanks.

besides running, just some good stretching which I didn't do very much before this. and one other thing I did is I fasted at the beginning of the week for just one day, I use a nutri-bullet and make usually one juice a day but for one day I drank juices only, not saying that had anything to do with it but it couldn't have done any harm. and when I juice I mainly do green juices, mine is spinach, kale, cucumber, and some pineapple for a better taste, and I throw in a teaspoon of chia seeds since I got a free sample of them. Other than that absolutely no PE at all.
