    Ok so I have been doing this for a month back when I had a bit premature ejaculation and now I can last as long as I want!

    before I explain the routine I must say that I made so much progress by focusing on BEHAVIOURISM: the body adapts to the actions you do every day. So before I begin explaining you can understand that many of us have aquired PREMATURE EJACULATION trough the years by just cumming as soon as possible and by watching porn because it feeled so good. well this is a very BAD HABIT and if you are still doing this then stop doing this immediately.

    So we want to do the exact opposite: delaying the ejaculation for a period of time so that your unit AND your whole body adapts. This is how premature ejaculation is cured the best.

    here is my routine that I used for about a month (now I just can have sex with the same principles)

    ROUTINE:

    - at the beginning I concentrated very much on BREATHING: very slow AND deep breaths help relax the pelvic floor

    - also concentrate on RELAXING THE PELVIC FLOOR by doing very relaxed reverse kegels (I do them 24/24 everyday just by focusing on it and it has helped greatly)

    - concentrate on your AROUSAL: you cum much more quickly when very high aroused (level 9-10) so tell yourself when you get really aroused: "ok we need to take it a step down, I'm going to a 7 arousal now" and hold this arousal level. or just focus on something else when highly aroused.

    - at first I masturbated with movies so that my mind was focused on something else -> after about a week I could masturbate as long as I wanted WITH MIND FOCUSED ON SOMETHING ELSE

    -> then when you have achieved this you will need to masturbate WITH FOCUS ON YOUR OWN BODY (without the mind focused on something else)

    -> I usually masturbated for around 45mins - 1 hour (your body adapts to those numbers and this is the main reason for masturbating this long -> you can eventually aply it to real sex)

    -> at first I always masturbated DRY because of the friction you won't come as quickly. but once after you have achieved the secondary goal (masturbating with mind focused on own unit and body THEN I started masturbating WITH lube)

    -> once this was achieved the next goals was: masturbating with visual effects (ONLY nude pictures)

    -> keep doing this until you can masturbate for about 1 hour WITH visual effects

    -> when you feel you are ready you need to take the level up a noth: you are going to masturbare WITH AUDITORY effects (porn WITHOUT VISUAL EFFECTS) for about an hour or so

    -> when you feel you are ready this is the next step: masturbating for an hour WITH PORN (auditory and visual effects) BUT ONLY if you think you are ready!!

    -> THIS will take time until the last goal is achieved so don't start panicking

    - OK so the previous step is SO important but don't forget the OTHER steps!
    - in my daily routine I always incorporated REVERSE KEGELS:

    -> every night reverse kegels for a medium intensity
    -> 24/24 relaxing of pelvic floor by doing very relaxed REVERSE kegels: in the beginning it may be that you don't know how to do this but once you get the hang of reverse kegeling you will find this very easy.

    - also watch out if you are doing NORMAL kegels because if you do these TOO OFTEN then there might be a big chance that you will be KEGELING unvoluntarely during masturbation/sex and this will lead to premature ejaculation!

    -> So it is important to NOT NORMAL KEGEL during masturbation/sex (ONLY for trying to stop an ejaculation: by doing a very hard KEGEL right before PONR)

    - If you think edging will help (I think so), you can apply this during masturbation or sex

    - and last but not least: if you will follow this routine you will get so much info about your own body! By doing this routine i could stay much longer in the PLATEAU FASE (fase where you feel really good during masturbation or sex) before orgasm!

    SO keep this routine for as long as you want to and you will get premature ejaculation cured!

    A good summary of many of the theories on the forum, glad to see they worked well for you. Also goes to show that the best way to deal with Pre E is to tackle it from all angles- Arousal control, edging, pelvic floor relaxation, and plateau phase.

    I too subscribe to the theory that premature ejaculation is just a habit to some extent and I like your way of gradually adding stimuli as you gain more control. It is a good idea to do things gradually and build it up over time as this is the right way to rewire your brain to have good habits instead. This also lets you focus on positives which is a good mindset to have. Though you have beaten Pre E very quickly (well done) it can be a very big task- if you want to eat an elephant, you've got to do it one bite at a time.

    My only caution would be with how much porn you watch. I find porn to be an over stimulant and therefore the temptation is there to reach the PONR too quickly. Some can also have problems with addiction.

    Incidentally, there is a Pre E success story sticky. You might want to post a link to this thread there, so that your story can continue to inspire and guide people even if this thread becomes buried.
