I used to be interested in learning about "ballooning" from this website that gave some completely inunderstandable instructions about something called "anal breathing" which is basically like the feeling when you are going to the bathroom or something like that and the results from that were supposedly that your penis becomes more engorged. I tried that and it did not work but recently I read about peoples experience with reverse kegels and erection and how that basically allows them to have more intense erections. I think I was using the wrong muscles and that to do this method of ballooning that this person talks about you should do something called a reverse kegel while in the erect state.
So basically I think what this person was describing is that ballooning is when you do reverse kegels while erect to get a more engorged erection. O and reverse kegels for anyone who does not know what they are is like when you are peeing and want to force pee out more strongly. Thanks, hope this helps.
