Hi I'm new to this. The quick version of my story is that I'm sure I have Pre E for obvious reasons. Im just going to jump in here. When I masturbate and am reaching the PONR, I can stop and my dick bobs by itself around 5 or 6 times until the bobbing ceases as my arousal goes down. This is due to a weak and unbalanced pelvic floor correct? I'm trying to figure out a routine and what looks right for me is a combination of edging and reverse kegels. If I continuously do my reverse kegel routine I should see progress in these involuntary kegel/spasms, right? I am going to really focus on not kegeling when I piss as well.
