    Hey Adios01,

    I'm still trying to get everything figured out. I'm looking to be cognizant of overtraining, but for now I'm going to push the limits. I don't want to fall into the trap of not wanting to do something, but rather learn how my body reacts to the training and then hear it when I need a day off

      So I had a successful workout yesterday.

      Today also went well. I am running into a couple new elements with edging: I am having more difficulty getting/maintaining a solid erection. This could be for a few reasons, I am going to ask in the edging thread and hope to get an answer.

      I also want to make sure that I am reverse kegeling exactly the way I should be, because I feel like I am using my abs a little more than I should be.

        Just wanted to post that I re-read the thread about reverse kegeling and I decided I am reverse kegeling way too intensely

        I am going to consider moving edging to standing up as that gives me the most control over my reverse kegeling.

        It's probably not a coincidence that I last the longest having sex while standing up
