    I wrote up a method I'm having great benefits with to address my premature ejaculation issues. It may also serve as a good body control method in general. I'm posting it here because 1) I'm loving this method and having amazing results and 2) I'm a beginning and what's involved is beginner appropriate.

    Great post.... IKs r hard to eliminate. will give it a try and report back.

      I get dick spikes when its just erected . How can i have a go with that one??

        So i kinda tried this in the morning just for a few minutes. But i couldnt get my dick up. Usually the underside of my penis is goddamn sensitive and it was again this morning even without an erection. So i started stroking my dick (flaccid though) and i put my finger onto the area between my dick and anus to feel any Ik happening. And it started happening. Alittle then so i slowed down and it was gone then i sped up a little and it was still there but not as much. And here nd there i did a rk flex to get rid of the IK ..is this how u do it?? I know ur meant to get it erected but its hard for me to get an erection when im alone these days :s but theres no problem getting one when im with my gf at all..lol please keep updating with ur progress !

          That sounds like good work to me adios01. Hard or not, if you are getting IKs, that a reflex in your body that you can work on -- just like getting rid of the gag reflex. The point of the method is to spend time trying to work out IKs. You might find that IKs can be worked out but next session they are back until you work them out again -- but at least you are practicing putting them away, and I expect that skill to improve over time and lead towards retraining your body.

            So do you think the IK will be gone over time with repetitive training??

              That's the intent.

              1) things are more likely to change when you focus on them with that intent

              2) like the gag reflex, the body shows a history of being able to be trained away from unwanted reflexes

              I expect similar training would help someone stop being ticklish on their feet. It's all the same idea.

              What I know for a fact is that in my sessions, I am able to overcome IKs that are caused by certain issues. I expect them to return in future sessions, but I hope to notice they go away faster.

              Also, plenty of people masturbate before they know they'll have sex so they last longer. This method shows me I could do this method for a nice long session and then potentially get some of the same benefits of less sensitivity.

                chajadan plz clear my confusion. while edging i try to keep myself as far away from PONR as possibe by trying to stay relaxed, breath and stop if necessary. Am i doing the right thing by keeping myself away from PONR or should i rush towards PONR, stop and then resume. if i allow myself to reach PONR soon my glans become too sensitive which makes it difficult for me to keep edging for 30mins which is my routine

                  My best suggestion is always a well-rounded routine, so I wouldn't say you should never have PONR work. However, for the method I'm presenting, the general idea is to work on issues prior to PONR, and for exactly the reasons you stated. Once you hit PONR your level of arousal is so high that the body is way too excitable. Someone who never hits PONR sooner than they want probably wouldn't focus on this method, even if it may have certain benefits then too. When I do this method, I certainly brush PONR a couple times, but generally even when I brush into it I stop much sooner than I generally would with normal edging because I'm giving escalations such a focus that rather than waiting to see if this escalation is too much and requires me to stop, I just see that this escalation is needlessly strong and stop right there.

                  There are no rules. If you're not sure if something should be this way or that, try both =) Your body might always work in its own way. Try to mix it up and enjoy yourself. I don't think any of this should be all work!
