Hi there everyone, there is something called the Taoist Deer Exercise and it is basically back kegels. I guess it is supposed to do something with the prostate so that it does not fill up and the cause a person to ejaculate. I am wondering if doing back kegels would be useful for holding back ejaculation and ballooning. I basically looked up most of the stuff about the deer exercise on a website called nine3. My Chiropractor actually suggested I do this exercise. I know that may sound odd, but I treat my Chiro as my primary care physician and I was asking his advice on PremE and he suggested the first stage of this exercise, which I then researched and found out it was called the Deer Exercise. I've stopped doing it and concentrate on my PremE and PE workouts I developed from reading here at the Gym, but it's fun to see it mentioned.
