    Day 5:

    Just finished a short edging session, only 10 minutes. I decided to start stroking the head during my sessions. Making it the 10 minutes was indeed a struggle. I made it the first 2 minutes straight with a very slow stroke, maybe up and down for every 1 second or a little over a second. At this point I switched to just the shaft for a full minute to regain myself. Then went back to the head stroking for another minute. I had to slow down/practically stop a lot more often in this session. A little before 7 minutes I felt the sensations of pre PONR coming on so I slowed down and focused on the shaft. Around 7 minutes I actually paused the stop watch because I hit PONR pretty hard and had to completely stop stimulation and RK for about a full minute before being able to resume. I went back to strictly shaft stroking until the 9 minute mark. This is when I tried to switch back to head strokes until the 10 minutes was up. For the last 30 seconds or so I had to slow up and keep stimulation VERY light. Toward the end I was just rubbing areas with a finger tip and my penis would jump up in a hard kegel. I hit the PONR hard there but managed to not blow the cookies, and the session ended there.

    I have a hard time identifying the IK during the stroking. Once I hit PONR, the IK are easily identifiable. The tip of my penis jumps up and the erection is very hard. Also, you can see at the base of the penis, the IK pushes that area down. It kind of pumps like this on its own, making movements that look like it's about to puke up cum. But before this point, the involuntary kegels are hard to find. I don't think that they aren't there, I just think I don't know what I'm looking for.

      Ha ye its much harder to notice when your fully stroking, your making good progress though, are you finding the rk's a bit easier to do?

        For the post about porn, i think it's fine to introduce it back, if you have a healthy use of and response to it. To be safe give it a week or two, and probably like you said introduce it slowly.

          Stopping too often is a part of edging during initial sessions. Your "stopping" will decrease over time. Another thing is IKs. Sometimes u dont find IKs its because ur pelvic is so tight that u dont recognize IKs.

          If ur glans are super sensitive then instead of full stroking u can do ballooning exercise. it will help with sensitivity over time without letting u to ejaculate, still being fully erect throughout ur session.

            Have you looked at the different yoga stretches on site, they'll help if your pf is very tight.

                  Thanks for the comments, everyone. I took a day off, been kind of busy. I'm probably going to get back at it tonight.

                  I will check out those yoga stretches for sure, thank you for the link.

                  And yes, the RKs are getting easier. I just have to remember to keep doing them. I haven't done them the past day or 2, but I guess my body needs a break here and there anyway.

                  I looked into ballooning, tried it out a few times just to see what it's about. I need to keep at it and get a system down.

                    I'm so upset I already messed up my routine. I've been so busy in the past week I haven't even had time to log on here.

                    I'm going to start back up with my routine today. I was just reading up on the death grip. I'm thinking about trying it out tonight. Will report back with results at the end of the night.

                      I'd just concentrate on the routine, trying something like the deathgrip in this early stage could only hinder progress, or possibly send you backwards. Work up to it over the weeks, months.

                        I gave it a try the last two nights. Results weren't very accurate because I had drank a little beforehand. But the first night I deathgripped for 20 minutes before ejaculating. I had to hard RK every once in a while just for good measure but I never hit PONR until about the 20 minute mark. I never slowed down or loosened grip. I actually had to switch hands because my arm was getting tired.

                        The next night, I had drank again. I deathgripped for 10 minutes. At this point my arm got tired. I wasn't even close to PONR yet.

                        The next morning I tried it out sober. Only able to make it 3 minutes until I hit PONR.

                        At what point do you think I should start incorporating the death grip? I feel like it really applies to me, but like you said I don't want to hinder progress by introducing it too soon.

                          Don't think about deathgrip. Instead each week or two weeks or whatever, as you make progress in time you'll also apply a tighter grip, heavier faster strokes etc. After a while you will know yourself when to implement the deathgrip. It's working into it over time, you can jump to advanced right away but it will only disappoint.

                            You're right, I'm jumping the gun here. I got impatient when I didn't have time to keep up with my routine. I'm going to aim for a 20 minute edging session tonight (incorporating full strokes), keep up with the RKs, do 3 different yoga stretches, and maybe even go for a half mile run. I'll report back my experience tonight.
