Hello PEGym, i decided to do as MM and LLN suggested and open a log. i would like to note that English isn't my first (or even second) language so forgive me in advance for any mistake i'll made along the way regarding my grammar or anything else related to English.
quick summary: im doing the JonPop90 Routine for about two month now. as part of the routine i noticed i could not last over 120 seconds while edging, so i decided to address this issue. with the help of MinuteMan, LongerLastingNoob and other amazing members of the Pre E forum, i understood that my problem is a tense Pelvic Floor muscles.
my current routine based on relaxing my pelvic floor every second of the day, penis stretching, yoga squats, deep squats and, of course, Edging. this goes along side with JP90 routine (without the kegels part). there is a long road ahead but i do believe im on the right track. last night edging i lasted 25 minutes without lube or fleshlight (and without ever reaching real PONR). only time i reached PONR was when i flexed my PL, but when i relaxed my PL without changing my edging pace - the PONR faded away, which was an interesting feeling.
i don't think i will post daily updates, but anytime i'll have a question of any sort i will post a quick update about my progress and ask my question.
