    Hey guys,

    I am a true premature ejaculator that cant handle much intercourse. I have improved a little, but still cant handle much, no matter if I am having sex with my girlfriend or edging with an STU (or similar). For the sake of understanding: with a good erection, I will reach PONR with no more than 5 strokes (with the STU, in a sex-like pace). Pretty bad, yeah?

    So, today I had an idea: what if use the STU while walking? I got myself erect, applied lube, and after a few strokes PONR was right at the door. Then I got up and started walking around at my bedroom. For my surprise, I could do full movements with my STU and still keep PONR away. That made me very hard and I could edge near PONR for more than 15 minutes (this is incredibly HUGE for me).

    How can I explain this? Well, maybe walking around prevents overtension of pelvic floor? Anyway, I always felt that any type of movement would make me get closer to PONR (thats why I can last longer with my girl on top).

    interesting discovery... ill try it with my STU next time... funny image but if it helps it helps )) maybe we can figure out more from there... it will probably have something to do with the pelvic:

    1) alignment
    2) gravity
    3) muscle engagement

    when i get time to test it i will report back... you said you went for 15 minutes in STU ?? that sounds incredible (i blow within 2 minutes in STU when lying on my back)

        Maybe walking around is drawing ur attention away from the stimulation. If thats the case why dont you lay in bed and assume you are riding a bicycle move your legs in that pattern and see what happens.

          People often imagine dead cats/dogs or even creeper things. Doesnt work for me hahaha.

            yeah i also think that the role of focus/attention is very overrated... when a girl sucks my cock (and she is good at it) no matter what i think or if i focus on this or that... i will cum very soon... the sensation on my glans is just too much...

              If you focus why walking is helping you maybe you could come up with an idea that could tackle your problem. I will give it a try and see if it helps me.

                I agree with this, never helped when I had pre e, doesn't help now.
                But the walking around thing is a good way to engage other muscles which could be the reason. When I started rk's on the way to and from work, I noticed a big improvement all round, but I never edged walking.

                  I repeated the thing a few moments ago with success. Since I was at the bathroom, I couldnt walk much. So I tried to replicate the walking movement with legs and it worked (you know, walking without getting out of place).

                  It feels so good!

                    When you walk you can't tense up as you would unconsciously do, since you need your flexibility and use of muscles, to actually ermm... walk.

                      I gave it a try. It really works. I kept the STU on the wash basin. Started thrusting into it with right leg up, return to standing position. left leg up, return to standing position and so on. i went up to 23mins when i got tired.

                      Hahaha what a discovery.

                            This seems like a good way to work your edging up to a level where you can start going into more difficult positions, thrusting etc.
                            Marcus ha you may have found an answer for a lot of pre er's.

                              WTF what was your average time WITH STU before this ? (MarcusHa says he went from 30 seconds to 15 minutes inside STU)
