    I was a big believer that porn was ok, and it still is in moderation, but not using it is actually much more beneficial and healthy in all aspects than using it.

      So you both say that I have to keep the porn out? It's just that when I watch porn I have a reeaaaaallly hard time to stay away from PONR. For example today I really had to try my best to keep my arousal down till at 17min ponr came (not even high stimulation).

      Without the porn I can last alot longer and I can drop in arousal etc. For now I will go back to edging without porn then. Just thought it was a better training and more like edging with my gf where I have alot less control aswell. With my gf I have little to no control still being under a minute most of times when I dont start stop.

        You don't hav to cut it completely, but definitely less, also forget hardcore videos where they jump straight into it, that's not how sex is so it raises arousal to highest point before you've even started edging.
        Cut it for a few weeks, build up a slow incline in arousal when edging, when you do watch a vid do the same thing, work your way up don't let porn control the pace.

          Thanks LLN, makes a lot of sense. You are right I always wondered why my arousal would skyrocket so hard when watching porn, now I know why.

          Noted something last couple of times I reverse kegeled in my routine. My penis really gets huge by doing it, not erect or something my girth just increases alot. Wondering if I am still making good progress, I do feel RK's much better then before. Only thing I still have is alot of tension in the PF when I edge really need something to work with that. Wish I had something to mark my progression with how far I am reversing the pre e.

            You should know by a few different things, obviously if your not having sex you won't know if it's transferred until you do. These are what I saw when progressing.
            Erection builds slower and there's no ik's just from mental arousal.
            (Obvious) lasting longer, more control, awareness.
            Ponr builds slower, ( ik's are weaker and further apart ) you can keep going around it.
            Your feeling pleasurable feelings, this is what ponr was.

              When you say your erection builds slower and there's no IKs from mental arousal:

              Are these byproducts of consistent edging and improvement (confidence)

              Or did you do specific things to work on arousal control?

                Yes from edging. In my log I describe how reverse kegels were fixing my pre e, and although they helped a lot, edging is and I think for everyone the way to beat pre e. I only realised this late on after being able to last more than 45 mins with my girl, I had stopped rk's and exercises and only continued to edge.
                These are what you should be looking for, thats why I disagree with the edging approach of getting to ponr and stopping or slowing. You have to play through ponr ( albeit minimally and cautiously to begin with ) and thats what develops your stamina.
                Rk's helped immensely but I'm confident I would of made same progress ( not as quickly ) with edging alone.

                  And dobby, no I didn't do anything for arousal control, i know I advise guys to look into it if they believe arousal is a problem, but arousal is just a minor factor in pre e. Arousal is and always will be there, pre e average above average or de, and It only sends pre e guys over the edge because of the lack of physical stimulation thats usually demanded. Everyone can edge longer when not aroused, getting used to high arousal is needed, but obviously making the progress without and adding it later, ( pics, audio, vids ) is the way to go.
                  It's always good to understand exactly how your arousal levels work, what gets you going, what sends you over etc. but not entirely necessary in my opinion.

                    I agree, I don't want the arousal to diminish, I simply want to establish enough control during edging that it doesn't push me over the edge.

                        So today when I showered I tried edging and because I clench my butt alot aswell I tried ballooning the spot. Normally I take a while to get a erection when edging without visualizing pics/audio etc. Now I had a instant erection and reached ponr in under a minute.. Don't know what the fk happened there but it seems to me that ballooning that spot skyrockets my arousal. IK'ed alot aswell and noticed for the first time that when I ejaculated it would dribble not shoot anymore (result from RK's?).

                        Don't know whether I should keep doing this and trying not to clench the back kegel -> front kegel aswell btw. Would this improve my progression? What do you guys think.

                          Forgot something when I tried to RK after I ejaculated I wasn't able to. Normally I can just RK when I focused now I had to try it like 10 times and then I started to be able to push a minor RK. And I held a back kegel for a while aswell, until I really focused to relax the area.

                            Yes keep practicing ballooning with the muscles relaxed. Don't worry about shoot distance, the more stimulation you get the further you shoot ( stronger orgasm ) the rk can reduce it by overpowering the kegel muscles, but you can live with that for the time being.
                            I don't know why you weren't able to rk, maybe fatigue, maybe muscles were tighter afer ballooning, possibly take a rest if you need it.

                              Think it was fatigue took the day of from RK and started them today again. Edged aswell without porn cutting that out for the time being. Already saw the effects of the porn had a hard time getting a erection edged for around an hour but most of the time like 70-80% erection I had this before so nothing to worry about. It will get better the longer I stay of porn and I wont use erotic pictures untill I get hard either.

                              Something I did notice is that I can keep the PF more relaxed. When I touch my groin to feel if I have a kegel hold and I start touching my penis it actually tenses a bit but not really a kegel or something. When I squeeze my penis and I am sure I hold my PF fully relaxed it ''tenses'' up aswell but maybe this is just blood? Bit unclear for me, anyways if I really push a kegel it is with less strength I believe that is a result of my RK which I am glad off. As you said LLN I can live with that for now as it is still stronger then the RK anyways.

                                Great edge session yesterday had a good erection whole edge session seems no porn is working already! Another great thing is that I edged for almost an hour and everytime I reached like 9 arousal I could just drop arousal by relaxing taking deep breaths really had a good feeling about my progression. Same goes for the tense PF when I think about relaxing the PF I do relax it a fair amount good shit.

                                I think I will throw in meditative RK's this will probably help me even more with relaxing the PF when breathing from my belly.

                                ps: edging was with erotic pictures to increase intensity, after I attained a full erection.
