  • i'm close!

    Hey guys. I want to share my progress with you. i am suffering from pe, am 21years old, and i didnt have sex from a year because i scare from fail, if i have to be honnest... i starded doing reverse kegel routine only, i do that from arround a year. It was good to men when i had a 5 minutes session before, i am really second, not minute man.Last time i had sex was before an year. In my last contact i find that relaxing is nice for my pe.i achieved control, i had arround 10 minutes session. now, when i masturbating, i can do it for hours, its not a problem.when i rub my perinelum only, the most sensual point of the penis, i can do it for hours too, no problem when masturbating. but in fact, in sex, its different. i found for me, when she's on top, i can achieve control when i deep inhale and do reverse push in the same time, and then, i try do exhale as much as possible, while continue doing reverse push. Reverse kegel whyle exhale is really hard, but it works, isnt it ?i do more exhales instead inhales.i do an inhale only its dramatically needed,so in the most time its like there isnt air in my body, i try to exhale it whole What about you with that?

    and one more think, how can i get stronger and hardest errection, without doing regular kegel? i dont like to do it, because it caues me to cum much more faster

      Exhaling it whole and pulling the stomach inward (as much hard as you can) works to lower the arousal. I have tested this while edging with porn and it seems a good technique.
      Pushing the pelvic floor with stomach thrust also works during sex. Just breath in, hold your breath, and give a 1 second hard push to the pelvic floor. You can do this after each thrust in. If you can already last 5 or so minutes, I am sure you can last 30-40 minutes easily with this if you master this technique.

        You need to balance out the kegels, do reverse kegels after your regular kegels set.

          i didnt understand the point with the hard push for a second while inhaling. You wanna say me, that if i inhale and do a hard reverse kegel push for a sec, i dont need to keep the pushing while exhaling ? just relax? But i am little scared if i stop with my reverse kegel routine online and begin to do regular+reverse kegel , my pe will come back.. Any advices ??

            So, sameel,i didnt try that, with the stomach inward,but if i exhale it whole and pull the stomach inward, its seems i do a regular kegel, that makes me come to ponr faster. And how exactly to push the pelvic floor with stomach thurst. I just wanted to tell that when i exhale it whole,then swallow and begin to exhale as much as possible, works to lower the arousal. Its okey, but when i do it i think my penis goes very soft.

              Hard push is just simply a hard reverse kegal. You use your diaphragm like a hammer and push/thrust it on the pelvic floor. Don't tighten the pelvic floor muscles. It give a kind of jerk. With some practice you should be able to do it very easily. The bottom line is to use your diaphragm / stomach muscles while thrusting during sex.

              The second technique is just pulling the stomach inward. It also pulls the muscles around the penis. I took it from a yoga for sex video. I have tried it while edging and it seems effective to lower the arousal. Though it decreases a bit of EQ but you can always adjust the intensity as per your needs.

                It's hard ( almostt impossible ) to do an rk while breathing out when starting out. You should be doing them slowly on inhale, then slowly release on exhale. Over time your breathing will get better and better til you can do them handy enough.

                  i dont think its impssible to do a hard reverse push while exhaling, i can do it but only when she's on top.I want to understand how to do them DURING sex. I dont know am i breathing with my diaphragm or not, i am now really really confused about everything...when i pull my stomach inward, i do a REGULAR KEGEL. Its not good for pe! Cant you just tell me what is the best technique for you?!
                  1) Hard reverse push during inhaling and only RELAX AFTER THAT (i mean relax only during exhaling).
                  2)Hard reverse push during inhaling and HOLD THE PUSHING WHILE EXHALING.
                  3)The technique with pulling the stomach inward (but here its really impossible to hold the reverse pushing while pulling the stomach inward...)

                    Don't pull the stomach inward ( why would you do that anyway? ). Ok you must be doing them a while, or just have good strength if you can do them alright on exhale.
                    During sex is a different thing, you have to practice them while edging solo and then as you get better start practicing in sex. But find the position easiest to do it and work on it. Then after your comfortable with that, you want to practice in your most difficult position.
                    What worked for me outside of sex, was what I said, inhale ( count to 5 ) while pushing out rk, exhale ( 5 again) while releasing. Doesn't have to be 5 secs but shouldn't be less than 3.
                    You can hold it while exhaling aswel, if your able and it's not causing tension ( stuttered breath). You can do quicker bursts but it's best to master these first because the quick ones ( especially when done in high reps 30-75 ) will strain the muscles, the abs and fuck up your breathing.
                    Long holds, don't bother with them for a while. Longest hold you should be doing is 10-15 secs, and thats only if it doesn't strain.
                    Anything else you want to ask don't hesitate man.

                        I can do the hard push (push) when thrusting her from behind. Here is how I do:
                        (a) Thrust in (b) Breath in a little and hold the breath and push it down like a hammer, and then release it immediately. You can practice it out of sex. It should look like you are pumping something out of your pelvic floor and it expands like a balloon.

                          Sameel, this is exactly what i do and works best for me DURING sex!!! When i was the active partner last time(i mean missionary possition), on inhaling i just pushed the hard reverse kegel, and then relaxed it immediately! After that i tried to hold the relaxing (respective exhaling) as much as possible, and when it was absolutely needed i did inhaling again. It was hard to stay away from ponr first 5 mins, but when i passed theese 5 mins, after that, i achieved 15-20 mins without problem.When i use that technique during masturbating, its very very easy to control my ejaculation, perfect control, but only during masturbating.I remember too, i was breathing only trought my nose. I think my pe is caused because of the sensitivity of my penis and i try just to turn off the points that causes my to do a inv. kegel

                            But the problem is that when i am full relax and do reverse kegels i cant hold my erection.. my penis goes very flaccid...i dont want this effect when i am in her How do u think, can my ONLY reverse kegel routine is the reason of that :X

                              Possibly, you might want to start including kegels.
