Can't reverse kegel however I try

    If you're doing kegels aswel don't overdo or balance them with rk. Usually kegels don't help with pre e, only for stopping ejaculation, but some cases they do, be aware of their affect.
    Thanks for your answer, I am starting to understand a bit how to do them but whenever I do a reverse kegel I feel that I am relaxing the muscle more than pushing it. Am I doing them correctly?
    Are there any recommended pelvic floor yoga exercises that you used? I tried some of them from this link but I can't manage to make them concentrate on the pelvic floor.

      That link has more than enough, you may just need time and practice for them to fully engage the pf.
      The pigeon pose is good, and the splits, I can't do a full split but stretching as far as you can with it is really good for the pf.
