1. I started doing penis stretches lately for about 5 mins/day 4 days a week.
I notice my dick twitching or IK'ing more when I wake up or at random times.
I assume this is good and means things are loosening up but just wondered if others noticed this?
2. After two months I still get IKs from the head/frenulum.
They don't push me as quickly to PONR, but will these go away on their own thru edging repetition or do I need to do something during edging to get rid of them?
My RK's during edging dont seem to be enough to offset them and I've been doing an rk only routine outside of edging as well.
