  • Interesting hump/bump theory

    I just realized something important and I remember reading about it here one day... Last night having sex the PONR came a bit early and I had to push out hard with reverse kegels to stop ejaculating and so I did that a few times.... But what I noticed is that after doing that for a while, my penis started to get desensitized and I could then go on for a good while and was able to pump hard and fast like before with ease. So yeah... I think there is a point that we all have to last through in order to get to the other side to be able to get a bid desensitized to be able to last a long time without ejaculating. I figure without using a condom would work best because of the skin friction. It's like a bump/hump that has to be reached and overcome.
    Any thoughts?

    I don't know what you mean. If there were signs of pre e coming back, assuming this is the first since you overcame it, it wouldn't snap straight back. You were probably just on an off day, and ponr came sooner.

      I wouldn't call it Prem Ejac. Just sooner than usual.
      I'm talking about that there is a point during sex where if you can last to the 15 or 20 minute mark, your penis during sex without a condom starts to desensitize a bit because of the friction and then you are able to last a long time after that. It has been posted before. It happened to me last night and I remembered someone talking about reaching and overcoming that hump/bump. Undertstand?

        And as for my PONR coming sooner.... It's been from lack of constant sex and maybe a little anxiety about worrying and wondering how I will perform now that I'm getting back into constant sex again... But I'm sure things will go back to normal soon.

          Ok I understand. Yes it is true, and in pre case more apparent, the trigger thats been developed over the years is set to 1, 2, 3 mins and finish. So initially it's getting past that.
          In terms of duration it's easy to make it 40, 50 mins plus if you can go past 20 with no problems. I never saw it as a gradual build in time, like week 4: 15 mins, week 8: 20 mins week 12: 25 mins for example. Once I could have sex for 10, 15 mins non stop, whatever pace, I could make that 30, 45. The build up to ponr and the control around is where the changes were made.

            I do think the initial first 60 seconds is the hardest to control. Once you get past that and a rythm going then the control becomes easier at least for me. I put it down to overexcitement.

              I have started edging again also.
              Part "death grip" and part "mushroom mayhem"(my own personal ballooning technique).
              I'm doing it without ejaculation at the end. I'm pretty sure this will be great for me and to reset my ejaculation system. I've been masturbating quickly to porn a lot and I know that has not been helping. I can already tell this type of edging is helping to make my flaccid penis look and hang better.
              I think not ejaculating at the end is great training. It has helped in the past.
