I have noticed that I do a very strong kegel only when I touch my head and my frenulum together. I can relax easily the pelvic floor if I manage one at time. Now I am doing balloning but I want to condition my head and my frenulum (that are very sensible and this is one of the main problem) together... What have I to do?

During masturbation/edging I would stroke normally and switch to ballooning my sweet spot at, or close to the PONRs and go back to normal strokes when ejac feeling went away.
And repeat. It has you to get used to lasting through many PONRs without stopping stimulation.
Great training.Started MAY 2011 BPEL 5 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
Now MAY 2012 BPEL 6 and a 1/2 inches. EG 5 and a 1/2 inches.
I have cured myself of prem ejac, now I am working on a bigger shlong.
