  • New breakthrough in my journey to solve PRE-E Advice Need!

    So this is my story:
After a long period of trying to reverse my premature ejaculation I had little to no progress. Whatever I did, nothing worked or was only temporary read: Anti-depresiva (3/4months), Fleshlight STU (2 months), L-tryptophan (3/4 months), Delay-spray (couple of times), Online bought theories and tutorial bullshit and a bunch of other medicines that promised to be helping my case of premature ejaculation.

So some of these things did help a little bit but after 2 years I am still at ground zero I can last maybe 4/5 minutes in a Fleshlight, but if I am super horny or tense boom back to 20 seconds. So as you can read no real progress for the time I spend on it. By the way also did reverse kegels and kegels for the last 8 months.

Because nothing worked I already broke up with two girlfriends and did even bother to go second base with other girls just knowing it would be a disaster for me mentally. In the past year(s) I am pretty depressed with my case even though I am staying quite positive if nothing works it will get you down eventually.

Knowing that I tried almost everything I read on this forum from meditating to edging with a gf simply nothing did really improve my case I knew I had to search on to be able to progress. That is when I started searching the web with the info I gathered over the past couple of years. In the back of my head I always knew I was a very tense person in all my muscles and also very stiff (unable to do most yoga poses etc.). This is what I noticed also in my pelvic floor I always kegel with the most moves I do when I have intercourse when I masturbate when I edge just always. Some people told me in my log file which I will post at the end of this thread that holding a kegel the whole time you edge is almost not possible. They convinced me and I actually thought it was quite normal to feel the tension in the pelvic floor (read not a 100% kegel just 75% kegel tension). But after I did not progress after such a long time I went through my whole log to see were to search for the problem and ended up with the pelvic floor. This is when I started searching for a professional in the pelvic floor because reverse kegels did not progress the tension.

This is when I ended up with a pelvic floor physioterapist and that is were I had a consult and now three sessions. When I was there I explained my premature ejaculation problem and sometimes pain in the pelvic floor and asked him for help and information. So he explained me exactly where the pelvic floor was and what it meant. The pelvic pain I had is probably the tense pelvic floor pushing upward against my prostate which gives a very nagging pain every now and then. The premature ejaculation is just, because the pelvic floor muscles are trained in a wrong way contributing very negatively towards the premature ejaculation (no control and not working the way the should).

At this time he wanted to check if I spoke the truth about my pelvic floor if it was really that tense and to do this he had to check the pelvic floor pressure with a sensor. And as embarassing as it already was to visit the third therapist I had to explain about my premature ejaculation this sensor had to be placed inside the anal canal -.- . But after the long journey you are willing to do most thing to have a chance progressing so I went on with it. Sensor was connected to a monitor and the process was a called biofeedback I think.
So this is when I visually saw the tension in my pelvic floor and I will show this with you down below:

    tens4.JPG
Maybe the picture does not show so here is a link:
    http://imgur.com/TGOdD8O

So the blue arrow shows when I kegel and the orange arrows points where I am ''relaxed'' well this explains everything I had a average of 22 where the normal is under 5 so this linear so means I am 4 to 5 times as tense as a person with a good functioning pelvic floor. The therapist was quited shocked and told me I was one of the first he saw with such a high tension in relaxed phase. And after this he told me it was quite understandable that I had these problems (pelvic pain and premature ejaculation). The yellow line show how it should be by the way.

He gave me some exercises that were basicly to kegel and after try to relax as much as possible and also when on the toilet to sit when peeing and trying not to kegel when emptying my bladder.

So this is were I am really loving some advice of people who actually had the same problem I mean I know not many people are as tense as this but I can not believe I am the only one on this world with exactly this problem. The next period of trying to reverse my premature ejaculation I am going start with the root cause and that is getting my pelvic floor back to normal. And next to this I will keep edging once a day to keep that up as well. Every advice you guys can give me really means the WORLD to me and trust me I am totally onest here now I found my problem I am super excited to solve this

Sorry for the super long thread I hope people actually read this and thanks for advance for anyone who takes some time to help me! Next link is my log-thread:

Great due dilligence and sharing of the picture!
Now do your reverse kegels to stretch and counter the tension... !?
Do it whenever you feel tense to get that baseline down to zero.
Also try edging and whenever you feel involuntary kegels then counter them with reverse kegels to train your pelvic floor. Also nice to do with a stu.

When you do a reverse kegel and have it under control the muscles cant tense up.

Sooo found this thread after 2,5 years again, super glad I did. It actually means a lot to be able to read back and see how I looked at my prem ejac case back then. Short update: Still got prem ejac, well not as bad as at the start but it is still there at times.

Actually got lazy with everything, edging, reverse kegels, going to that pelvic floor therapist. Positive is that I am back with that third girlfriend mentioned above. She is all cool with it my situation, which is super nice.

Then the reason why I am back. As mentioned in this post I still have prem ejac where I do not have full control and at times I have no control at all where I reach PONR in <1 minute. This bothers me to a point that I want to exercise again. Not the old schedule but a fresh start.. made a couple already, but if you don't try you never reach your goals.

My approach. At the start of this year I bought a EMG/ETS device. It is basically the device which monitors the tension in the pelvic floor. This is after I followed a program with a pelvic floor therapist (second one not the one mentioned at the start of this thread). I payed attention to what the therapist learned me with a similar device which monitors the tension. It were exercises for the pelvic floor. After like 15 visits I was getting irritated with the long travel time for the sessions and next to that I knew most things about the exercises. So why not invest and do it myself? Well that is recently the probe who reads the muscle activity broke down and I had to order a new one. When it arrived I will pick up the pace again and start posting in my Log as well.

TL;DR? Was active on PEGym got lazy and quit (x4) now I am still not rid of prem ejac so I am back again. Now more seriously at least I will try my best. And most of all looking forward to be part of the community again hopefully helping others as well.

Hey Lukas01, congrats on proper scientific approach that imgur picture is worth million words...

can you tell us what is the device to MEASURE pelvic floor tension - that EMG/ETS device ???

I assume the imgur picture from 2015 is from a laboratory grade device used by doctors - something costing several thousands... yeah they ussually use anal probe because they need to measure muscles that are running inside and across the pelvic floor so surface/skin probes would be pretty inaccurate... no shame about that

The personal device you bought i assume is also with anal probe... would you share the brand and model ?

Hi bigbookofpenis, thanks for your reply.

The device that was used for the imgur picture is most likely a bit more costly than the device I bought. But only because he uses it everyday on multiple patients.

I've bought the MyoPlus Pro made by Neurotrac. I believe it cost me around $400. The device comes with a software package where you can track multiple patients well for me it's only personal but great to track progress. The device is connected with bluetooth and a receiver is included for your PC.

The device can actually be used with skin electrodes on the perineum but as you mentioned it is less accurate. In addition to that at first it was a little uncomfortable but in the end you get used to the probe and it isn't the worst.

The anal probe is not included were I bought it I bought a separate probe https://www.tenscare.com.au/wp-conte...Anal-Probe.jpg
This probe is a lot more narrow than the regular one and you actually don't really feel it. If you search for "anal probe" you will find it no doubt.

Currently the cable of my probe broke so it doesn't work but when my new probe arrives I will start up my log again approximately one week from here I believe. My log is in this thread: https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...questions.html

Feel free to ask your questions and as mentioned above I will start sharing my progress sooner than later.

                    wow

thanks Lukas01 for super quick reply

NeuroTrac MyoPlus Pro looks like a very advanced model... pricey but looks super-great

A newbie question - the various probes are compatible between manufacturers ? It would be great if i could combine the NeuroTrac MyoPlus Pro with anal or surface probes from other manufacturers... not sure how the standards and connectors work between manufacturers ? do you ?

Is it tesetd that this anal probe (with 2 connectors) you linked
                    https://www.tenscare.com.au/wp-conte...Anal-Probe.jpg
is compatible with the NeuroTrac MyoPlus Pro ?

If guaranteed to be compatible i would buy this combo

NeuroTrac MyoPlus Pro seems to have TENS funtionality too (it can SEND OUT tiny electroshocks to muscles to stimulate contraction and strenghtening) - could be used for some other applications too - so money well spend on this particular model...

                      No problem bigbookofpenis.

In fact the NeuroTrac MyoPlus Pro is advanced. I bought it because the MyoPlus2,3,4 are more then $1000 which was a bit to much for me because I did not know if it would suit me yet. Now I do know that is very helpful but the NeuroTrac MyoPlus Pro is enough anyways. The Tens functionality is not to be used to train your pelvic floor. At first I thought it would be helpful to strengthen the pelvic floor but after some research I found out that it works the opposite way.

That would mean a device without the TENS function would work too since you only need the EMG option. Actually I ordered the NeuroTrac Simplex initially but it got lost in shipment and eventually still arrived at my home when I already ordered the MyoPlus Pro . So now I own two of them. I believe the simplex works with the same software which monitors all EMG activity perfectly. I will test this out (nerver used the Simplex since I had the MyoPlus) when I receive the probe and share it.

Long story again... but the NeuroTrac Simplex is cheaper so maybe that is an option aswell.

Then to answer your question, yes the probe can be used with the NeuroTrac devices. I will show you both the MyoPlus and Simplex I own and the connection of the probe and EMG device.

man i love this! good to see you've got direction. good luck and yeh keep stretching it out. I think I'm quite similar as saw a physio recently and we did a load of tests and he found i have a lot of deficits in some muscles around my pelvis which has lead to other muscles compensating and being ridiculous tight. When i stretch now it feel like such a release. try and stretch your adductors its lush.

Lukas01 >> thanks again for quick response

Looking at the NeuroTrac MyoPlus Pro body i only saw single "CH.1" connector... the probe however has 2 prongs (white/white) from the last pictures you posted i assume there is a Y-breakout cable (red/black) supplied with NeuroTrac MyoPlus Pro to allow the 2 prongs probe to be plugged to single "CH.1" connector on the device rear panel... am i correct is this Y-breakout (red/black) supplied with MyoPlus Pro or is it extra accessory ?

Also it seems like the NeuroTrac MyoPlus Pro is a bit harder to find for sale (iam in Europe and this is supposed to be UK based company) - still not many sites sell it or its OUT OF STOCK which is quite suspicious, i hope its not some legacy product thats being phased out of production or the company is struggling - its a big investment and wouldnt want to end up with no support or abandoned product... found it here but OUT OF STOCK: NeuroTrac MyoPlus Pro | StressNoMore
