    Doing Light K/RK (40/60)
    Plateau Edging ---- Pending, Sex Orgasm 7 Minutes.

    Observations:- Fuck!! Just have sex with GF lasted 7 Minutes, Good thing I have full control on this minutes. arousal, breathing little RK help a lot. I do believe if I do more practice then I can last more next time that means 14 minutes, gain some confidence which is great.

    Note:- Deep squat helps to balance pelvic floor (Added in routine), Some point which lead PONR - that Need to counter -- Moans, face expression, Arousal during sex, hip n thigh, back and wild mind.

      Plateau Edging ------ 40 Minutes

      Observations:- I didn't feel any tension on Pelvic Floor all time might be possible because of RK? donno. diidn't feel any problem either in Edging. Is it because I have orgasm with GF? Anyway it was nice session I have full control on Arousal N Erection, However I'm still far away from Plateau Phase.......

      Note:-
      RK, Deep squat, calm mind help a lot, I have notice my orgasm is still week that means I'm far away from Full body orgasm, plateau phase is still missing. Need more n More practice.........

        Observations:- still far away from Plateau phase but good thing is I'm learning to control my mind n body, I do believe Pelvic floor, hip, back also play huge role in pre-E the more these things relax you will have more control. reach 2 times in PONR just slow down pace, I'm trying to do RK while edging and near PONR however still finding difficulty to do it. I'm still feeling I have need to do more practice..........

            Observations:-

            1) Pelvic floor should be relax all time.
            2) before edging calm your mind, keep your anxiety left.
            3) RK helps lot in Edging.
            4) do not rush, try to maintain same level of Arousal n Erection.
            5) Practice ................ more!!!


            Still facing some difficulty while edging trying so hard to take control myself, reach PONR in couple of times did RK. still learning day by day new things........

              Observations:- Orgasm Day, Wake up early in Morning around 4 clock and start edging ... Strange!!! got nice erection and start stroke ...... what the hell is that? I didn't feel any pressure or more sensation, pleasure, about to cum like this around 25 minutes I was keep going on... sometime full n fast stroke! still didn't feel to cum why??

              I have read somewhere when we sleep our body produce more serotonin while sleeping that is why we are clam in early morning. after 25 minutes I just started feeling more pleasure on my penis as well pressure maybe after 40 minutes i hit PONR try to stay on PONR for couple of minutes however can't control it and I orgasm.

              Notes:- Still need to work on PONR, Need to control Arousal and speed, breathing and pleasure etc..... the more I do edging I feel I need more practice........

                    Observations:- Ohh Nozzz!!!! 1 PONR in 4 Minutes..... WTF?? Yup longerlastingnoob you are right mate, maybe today is Bad day.... So I stop stimulation after 1 minute later I start again it was feeling like I'm gone cum if I increase the pace. suddenly I remember about RK and start doing RK whenever I feel to cum, Yup its work however i feel it need perfect timing and that is what I'm missing here. Anyhow I manage to 40 Minutes edging lots of time reach PONR.

                    NOTE:-
                    I feel so pleasurable while stroking dick that make me reach PONR in 0 seconds and it happen in lots of times, I have full control over my arousal level that means its dick pleasure that I can not control...

                        Observations:- Wake up early in morning around 4 clock then I thought lets do edging in morning again I'm surprise while edging I didn't feel any pressure or about to cum fear at all, still don't know why we are so calm and go longer on morning? however I do had problem in maintain EQ, most of time my EQ goes down. I practice RK during edging still I feel there has lots of area that I have to work on that (fucking brain didn't want to rewire) after hitting 35 minutes I have reach PONR so I try to stay more on PONR however I have ejaculate, try to control ejaculation but didn't control it I blew my load after 40 Minutes.

                        Notes:- Need to work on Basic, dick of pleasure and fear of cum is still there.........

                            Observations:- Human brain one of the most complex mechanism in this world when it fully function it can resolve any issue within second and if stuck you can not do a normal thing. I was thinking since beginning why it is react different in SEX, why it is so difficult to control? Is this because sensation, pleasure or arousal?........... So what the Fuck is wrong?

                            And every answer lies in our Fucking Brain how? quite simple ... for Example if we watch PORN we are deeply coded to get aroused, tense and ready for masturbate to release tense which is orgasm!

                            I don't wanna bore to you guys what I'm trying to saying is I do believe our brain play Major role in Pre-E or to last longer in Bed, our brain has own pattern for each things so it react what it has to be.... like If I say to can you happy now? No you can not why? because it need specific pattern.... And now remember the Last Time you are so happy Imagine it ok now double that moment in your brain Now are you happy? yup! answer is yes..... see this because it will follow pattern............... And good thing is we can change this pattern that is why we are trying so hard to change this pattern by doing PE.

                            I start edging with a slow n full stroke, trying to stay on this level somewhere around 7,8 after 15 minutes I fast my pace and here we go..... fast pace means high erection = pleasure and ofcouse it leads PONR, I didn't hit PONR however I was near..... did some RK whenever I hit erection level 9 that make me calm and to reach far away from PONR. After 40 Minutes I have change position doggy style.... yup! after 5 Minutes I have hit PONR I have try so hard to stop my ejaculation I almost ejaculate and I believe I had retrograde ejaculation because I feel its cum but there hasn't any seman and after couple of minute I lost erection, Not sure what is it...... All I explain is when you are about to shot your load and when you do so hard k kegel and it wanna came but because of kegel it stuck and do RK something goes wrong or right donno???

                              Observations:- Again Wake up early in morning didn't get morning wood today I start with slow pace still don't know why there has less pressure in early morning? I try in different speed n arousal level and it is still controllable, whenever I hit EQ n Arousal level 8 I did RK and it help a lot. I always feel this the more you calm you will more perform good. I didn't notice any tension on Pelvic floor which is Good sign. After 40 minute I have orgasm.

                              Still sometime find difficulty while edging need more Practice.........

                              Note:- Breathing, Arousal, wild thinking, Fast Stroke N Back these are still week point of Mine.
