    Hey guys!

    I am finally getting something out of rks and deep squats (pelvic floor feels more relaxed the whole time, I got more control - still not perfect thought). But two questions came to my mind recently:

    1. How much does a "fail session" influence the "pelvic floor/arousal memory"? Does it put me back or not? I see a fail session as something like cumming after 2 minutes/a few pumps because of rushing etc. How much does it put me back do you think?

    2. When I feel I am cumming (or decide to do) I am performing a very strong kegel hold and then a few pumps make the ejaculation even possible and it gives a better feeling than just letting it happening. I am not sure how far this is normal (or necessary for the pelvic floor to ejaculate) and how much this is a bad habit. I think if I can train me to just let it happen and not force a kegel or anything (which is a reflex which came to my awareness a few days ago), I think that iks and too early ejaculation can be better seperated.

    I am happy with any insight from experienced edger, please ask me follow up questions, English is my second language and I am not sure if everything makes sense for you, because this is not so easy to explain in German too

    A "fail" session isn't going to do much if you are progressing properly and consistently. Consistency is key when fixing prem e, retraining a developed response over years takes equal effort. But obviously at the same time to keep progressing stay clear from rushing or falling back into old habits.

    I'm not sure what you mean by the second part, is it you kegel to make orgasm feel better?.

      Yes, this one reason, but I feel like it is necessary to even ejaculate. But it was definitely a habit to make it faster. I just wanted to Know by how far this is normal. But seeing your question I suppose I will get rid of this asap, because that could be limiting somehow!

          I eliminated the kegeling to make it feel better (so pre-orgasm). Is it necessary for the penis etc. to kegel for ejaculating? Because before the first shot there is a big involuntary kegel (though I think necessary, but I have to be assured by someone experienced) and mild before the follow-ups?

              My kegels during ejaculation serve to squeeze the cum out. The stronger I kegel, the further I shoot. You shouldn't be kegeling before ejac. though, that just weakens your pelvic muscles.

                Thanks, I just needed the assurance again from someone with a balanced pelvic floor.

                  Until you make progress with both pelvic floor work and edging just work on edging for "x" amount of time and focus on enjoyment while being in control

                    I am already doing this, no worries. But while getting more experienced you start to notice things and since I am in this problem because of bad habits, I figured asking couldn't harm. So thanks to you both
