    Hello.
    English is not my first language, so I apologize to my bad English writing. But I still wish you can read through and provide me some advice or maybe you may find my route/situation is helpful for you. Thank you!

    My background
    I circumcised at the age of 18 but still had hyper sensitive glan when extreme moisturized like stroke in virgina or masturbate with lotion, and I was still virgin. Had my first sex with girl when I was 19, super quick with huge load. After that, my sex style started to rely on multi ejaculation. Normally my first ejaculation happens within 2 min or even less based on girls. Only good news for me is that I can keep erection even after ejaculation. For example, if I want to have sex for a hour, then I probably need to ejaculate 4 to 5 times. But I find it extremely annoying, since I have to change condom constantly and of course, changing condom is a big turn down for girls. And based on Chinese traditional medicine and health, ejaculate more than two time a session is not healthy and will end up over consuming your life energy. So I decided to end this situation.

    BTW, right now, I am 25 and I do have a bad masturbation habit, always want to ejaculate as soon as possible, and do it again and again. I think it could be the major reason for my PE problem.

    My route to cure PE
    1) reverse kegel 100 reps 10 second each everyday, no matter when walking or standing. still not be able to do it easily when sitting and laying down without tension my abs. Normal Kegel 50 reps 10 second each, first 2.5 sec 25% tension, then 2.5 sec 50% tension, 2.5 sec 75% tension and 2.5 sec 100% full contact.

    2) Meditation for 15 min in the morning everyday trying to learn to relax.

    3) do Chinese style horse stance as long as I can. right now only 2 Min.

    4) I regularly do 3 times weight training and 1 sprint training every week to improve my health. Unfortunately, I'm in calories deficit for fat loss, not sure whether calories deficit will have side effect to my training route.

    5) 3 times edging/Plateau Edging/ballooning, try to reach PONR three times without ejaculation, 25 to 30 min each session, and 1 time 45 min edging with ejaculation in the end. In addition, I'm trying to number and control (25% light reverse kegel during practice) my arousal during each session.

    6) 1 tablet Zinc 30mg supplement and some Chinese Goji everyday to ensure my training won't hurt my prostate.

    7) reading the book "she comes first" as backup plan if my route doesn't work. I think to be a good cunnilingus' man probably will be helpful for my situation.

    My progress
    after four weeks practice, I do have better understanding about my muscle around pelvic floor and my arousal level. I found out that my arousal level skipped extremely quick from number 1 to 5 and 6 to 9.9 (PONR) when edging with lotion. I still can't handle the masturbator properly during edging. So i'm still rely on my hand and lotion.

    An interesting finding that, after 20 mins of Plateau Edging, the sensitivity of my glan dropped dramatically which is a very interesting and potentially a big hope for my PE issue. I have no clear clue about it, so I may need your advice about it.

I hope what I wrote have some interesting info for you and I am willing to answer you any question about my route. Especially, I really need some PE expert to support my route or give me some precious advice to correct what I am doing or give me some better way to cure the bloody PE problem. Thank you very much!

    Welcome man, that's a good routine just make sure to take rest when you need it other than that good luck.

      thanks for your advice! I just had a sore PC muscle after ballooning exercise. No pain no gain is not for PE, right? I did read a lot of your comments in other people's post that inspired me a lot. You are a huge contributor to these community! Thank you!
