    Hey guys!

    I tried to do plateau edging with the FL STU, but I got a problem with iks, which I have to solve first, because they regularly shoot me out of any plateau and are tensing enourmosly. It is whenever the STU glides over the edges of my glans (I mean the edges which seperate head from shaft). It is when going into and when pulling out of. I am trying now "4.) BALLOONING TO REDUCE STIMULATION" from this https://www.pegym.com/forums/prematu...echniques.html thread, because this helped me in the past, but I never had this strong iks. They are literally letting my dick jump and my rks are not that strong to counter them yet. So I thought I will avoid them and try to eliminate them like before. But no matter how slowly I try with the STU (the cap is off to reduce the sucking), the iks always happen, when the STU suddenly "jumps" over the edges because it suddenly has to widen or go tighter (do you understand what I mean).

    So I thought I would add some direct dry stimulation of the edges of my glans on off-days and I am currently seeing how it goes. Oh and my out of edging routine for rk are medative rks, which helped me greatly so far.
    I just wanted to know if I am on the right path and if you have some (more) advice.

    Sounds good. Go even slower and try other movements and variations to stimulate it less. Notice the differences between fast and slow.

      Tow,

      I used to to start with dry edging (tight grip), move into FLESHLIGHT EDGING, then when it became too strong I would either push the FL all the way to the bottom and hold it there OR pull it out and Balloon my sweet spots until the feelings subsides and start again. This seems to reduce bad sensitivity over time. Keep at it brother!

        I'll definitely try the pulling out and ballooning for cooling down. That seems perfect as plateau edging preparation (which will be my next step after eliminating these sweetspots)

          I guess what I would do is try to make myself LESS comfortable - let me explain. If you are sitting, you are focusing all your mind on what is taking place. You have involuntary twitching going on and you are trying to fight back with rks and not having much success. I would get up and try walking around at that point. You would be giving your pelvic area something else to attend to instead of just stimulation. You have to work on balance, posture, you may even be able to squeeze your cheeks a little differently to help. I would also bottom out your device and not move it until control (works on a live unit as well) then proceed with small short strokes instead of long full unit strokes. Build up to it.

            TheZZMan, your advice isn't for me, distracting myself won't help me, I have to endure arousal, but maybe I misunderstood

            gerardmontgomery2, your advice help me greatly in the last session. I started with the STU stimulating my sweetspots and I tried holding the rk through inhaling and exhaling. I reapplied it when inhaling of course. When it got a bit too much after seven minutes, I pulled out and rubbed the sweetspots very hard. It didn't give me iks and I could go on after that. I did 25 minutes kind of constant stimulation. This is ground breaking for me and a huge step closer to plateau edging, I never had dick jumping iks in this session, but the whole session was pleasurable.
