        I think it depends on the person...typically I need to do something every 2-3 days otherwise I'll notice I am a bit more irritable. Of course, if I am busy there can be bigger gaps, but still always less than a week.

          I abstained for a few months this year. It was great actually, made me so horny that I started dating and fucking more girls than in the previous years. Then I started PE and got addicted to porn again, haha.
          Currently rebooting again

          Right now I'm at a once a week schedule, but I'm thinking about abstinence again. Did a lot for me last time.
